DECREE No. 641 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I.- dated December 19, 2002, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and economy signed a Coordination Agreement between the two Ministries, with regard to strengthening the management of the Republic of El Salvador to the World Trade Organization, WTO and the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO in Geneva, Switzerland.
II.- That pursuant to paragraph 14, first paragraph of the convention, it was established that the operating costs of the Permanent Mission of El Salvador in Geneva, Switzerland, would be divided and covered by both ministries, according to a table of expenses previously defined and that the contribution of Economy Branch will be transferred to the Field of Foreign Affairs, that this move these resources to the Permanent Mission in Geneva, Switzerland.
III It is necessary that the Permanent Mission of Spain in Geneva, Switzerland, to have the necessary resources to continue to enhance its management of trade negotiations of bilateral, regional and multilateral basis for the adoption international legal instruments to improve the conditions of access of Salvadoran exports of goods and services that help to bring the country's increasing investment flows and technology.
