DECREE NO 754

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That article 92 ordinal 3 ° of the Constitution of the Republic and 12 of the Law of Honorific Distances, Gratitude and Titles, establish that they will be able to obtain the quality of Salvadorans by naturalization notable services provided to the Republic obtain that quality from the Legislative Body.

II.- That Mr. Paulo Sergio Mateo Santana Filho, coach and professional rider, of Brazilian nationality, born on May 15, 1975, and who currently resides in the State of Florida, in the United States of America, has been a prominent sportsman and high performance rider who has achieved excellent results internationally, participating in various competitions around the world in both the American and European continent, being his specialty the development of young horses and of the riders, so that they can participate in the division of "Grand Prix".

III.-That Mr. Paulo Sergio Mateo Santana Filho, has provided an important contribution to the Salvadoran sport through the program of "clinics" adhonorem, which are taught in the country, and that are oriented to young talents, with the object to maximise their potential to participate in competitions at both national and international levels. All of the above, it has been achieved through its Training Center, which has made available to all the Salvadoran riders who wish to expand their knowledge and prepare to compete in one of the most important circuits at the level

IV. "-That by virtue of the above, and on the basis of his request, it is appropriate to grant to Mr. Paulo Sergio Mateo Santana Filho, Brazilian nationality, the quality of" SALVADORAN BY NATURNATION ", in recognition of the notable services provided to the Republic.

POR TANTO,
