DECREE NO 770
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Santa Ana, does not conform to the present development of the technology in the registry and of territorial measurement; nor to the existing ones circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-What with technology registration and the photogrammetric models currently available from the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act COATEPEQUE-SANTA ANA with reference N ° 0202-0210, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed as integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131, ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is the competence of this State Authority to Decree, Interpret Authentically, Reform And Repeal Secondary Laws.

DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of Coatepeque and Santa Ana both of the Department of Santa Ana, the following:
The trace of the municipal limit is formed by twenty-nine journeys. The first journey formed of a section, determined with two points numbered from one to two, by natural hydrographic element; the second journey formed from a section, determined with two points numbered from two to three, by line of plots; the the third journey formed from a section, determined by two numbered points from three to four, by land communication; the fourth journey formed from two sections, determined by three points numbered from four to six, by line of plots; the fifth journey formed of two sections, determined with three points numbered from six to eight, by land communication; the sixth journey formed from a section, determined by two numbered points from eight to nine, by line of plots; the seventh journey formed from one section, determined by two numbered points from nine to ten, by natural hydrographic element; the eighth path formed from two tranches, determined

Start Trifinium Point. It is defined at the mouth of the bankrupt El Volador, on the Suquiapa River, where the number one spot is located, at the same time trifinium for the Municipalities of San Pablo Tacachico, belonging to the Department of Liberty and Coatepeque and Santa Ana, both belonging to the Department of Santa Ana. Its coordinates are equal length, four hundred and fifty-seven thousand twelve zero-eight meters; latitude equal, three hundred and eighteen thousand two hundred and twenty-five-point forty-seven meters. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of San Pablo Tacachico, plots one hundred and forty-eight and six hundred and ninety-five, both of the sector zero five seventeen R thirteen; for the Municipality of Coatepeque, plot seventy-four, of the sector zero two zero two R zero four and for the Municipality of Santa Ana, plot three hundred eleven, from sector zero two ten R twenty-two.
