DECREE NO 788

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on August 28, 2014, the Legislative Assembly met the motion of the Deputy Guillermo Antonio Gallegos Navarrete, on behalf of the Director General of Protocol and Orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the sense of The Red Angle Ambassador's Rina Ambassador will be granted permission to accept the Decoration "Gra-Cruz de la Ordem Nacional do Cruzeiro do Sul", which has been conferred on him by the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

II.-That in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinary 23rd of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate grant you the requested permission.

FOR TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinary 23rd and at the initiative of the Deputy Guillermo Antonio Gallegos Navarrete.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-Grant the Salvadoran citizen Rina del Socorro Angulo Rojas, so that she can accept the "Gra-Cruz de la Ordem Nacional do Cruzeiro do Sul" Decoration that has been conferred by the Government of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
