1. Decree No. 786 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that on 21 August 2014, the legislative plenary met motion de el Diputado Presidente Sigfrido Reyes, on behalf of the Director-General of Protocol and orders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in the sense of granting permission Mr Héctor Roberto González Urrutia, former Ambassador of the Republic of El Salvador , in the Republic of Korea, so that it can accept the award of the "order of merit of the service diplomat, medal Gwanghwa", which has given him the Government of the Republic of Korea.
