DECREE NO 789
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Ahuachapan, does not conform to the present development of the technology in registration and territorial measurement; nor to the existing ones circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II.-What with technology registration and the photogrammetric models currently available from the National Center of Records; it is possible to carry out a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III.-That a process of dialogue has developed between The municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Geographic Institute and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act GUAYMANGO-ACAJUTLA with reference N ° 0106-0301, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and annexed as integral part of it.
IV.-That according to Art. 131 ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution it is the competence of this State Authority to decree, interpret, authentically, reform and repeal secondary laws.
THEREFORE,
in use Carlos Cortez Hernandez, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz, Nery Arely Diaz de Rivera, Guadalupe Antonio Vasquez Martinez, Carlos Armando Reyes Ramos, and Manuel Vicente Menjívar and the former Ana Daysi Villalobos Membeno.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as Limit between the Municipalities of Guaymango and Acajutla of the Departments of Ahuachapan and Sonsonate, the following:
The trace of the Municipal Limit is made up of four routes. The first journey formed of eighteen sections, determined by nineteen points, numbered from one to nineteen, by line of plots; the second journey formed from a single section, determined by two numbered points from nineteen to twenty, by by land communication; the third journey formed from three sections, determined by four points, numbered from twenty to twenty-three, by line of plots; the fourth journey formed from a single section, determined by two points, numbered of Twenty-three to twenty-four, by way of terrestrial communication.

Start Trifinium Point. It is defined in the interception of the extension of the line of property that divides the plots two hundred and eighty and one, from the field zero one zero seven R twenty-two and the seven hundred and sixty-nine, from the field zero one zero six R zero five, with the the central axis of El Rosario River, where the number one spot is located, at the same time trifinium for the municipalities of Acajutla, belonging to the Department of Sonsonate, Jujutla and Guaymango, both belonging to the Department of Ahuachapan. With a southeast direction, in a semi-straight line, by line of plots, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street that of the Caserio San Martín Arriba, leads to the Caserio El Quebracho, where the number two point is located, with a distance Approximately one hundred and forty-six point sixty-two meters. Its coordinates are the same length, four hundred two thousand seven hundred and forty one point forty meters; the same latitude, two hundred and eighty-seven thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine-point eighty-four meters.
