DECREE No. 817 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I. That the May 12, 2014 was signed the Basic Agreement on Technical Cooperation and Scientific, Educational and Cultural between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala.

III.- That the Convention referred to above it does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, Ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, 4th Ordinal of it, and the initiative of the President of the Republic through Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Integration and Economic Development, in charge of the office. DECREES
Art. 1. is ratified in all parts of the Basic Agreement on Technical and Scientific Cooperation, Education and Culture between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the Government of the Republic of Guatemala, signed on 12 May this year, and approved by the Executive Branch in the Field of Foreign Affairs by Agreement No. 990/2014 1 July 2014.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
