DECREE No. 826 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I. The Ministry of Health has received for donating 250 boxes drug Glivec 100 mg, 3 packages containing drugs Glivec 100 mg, and Glivec 400 mg; and and 26 packages containing drugs, medical supplies and equipment.
II.- order to facilitate the entry of the donation, and benefit users who use the services of national public network, it is desirable to exempt from tax, including warehousing, which can cause introduction to the country of the grant referred to in the previous Considering.
III.- That pursuant to the powers that this Legislature conferred by the Constitution of the Republic, is exempt from paying taxes, including warehousing, which may cause the introduction into the country of the donation said.
