1 DECREE No. 1004
THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 1056, dated April 19, 2012, published in the Official Gazette No. 73, Volume No. 395, 23 of the same year,
was approved in its entirety the Loan Agreement No. 8110-SV, signed on March 14, 2012 between the Government of the Republic of El Salvador and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in the amount of SIXTY MILLION
oF tHE UNITED STATES oF AMERICA (US $ 60,000,000.00) to finance the 5813 Improvement Project Quality education, which aims to improve access, retention and graduation rates
students in Secondary education Third Cycle and Secondary School education public schools to adopt the model of Inclusive Full Time School.
