DECREE NO 1007
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That dated January 26, 2012, the JSDF Donation Agreement N ° TF 011078 was signed, worth two SEVEN HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE
THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY 00/100 US DOLLARS AMERICA (US$2,749,430), to finance the "Human Capital Protection of Poor Children" Project Urban in the Context of the Food Crisis
in El Salvador ", between the Representative of the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD), acting as Administrator of the Social Development Fund of Japan and the Minister of Finance, in representation of the Republic of El
Salvador.
II.-That the Project referred to in the previous recital aims to protect
the health, nutrition, cognitive and social development of very young children living in marginalized urban poor families and attenuating the effects of the volatility of the food prices that most affect pregnant mothers and children under the age of 3; the execution of which was established from the year 2012,
by the end of the month of October 2015.
III.-That until the fiscal financial year 2014, the budgetary position of the
mentioned Convention of Donation presents a utilization of accumulated allocations for a total amount of ONE MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED AND SIXTY TWO THOUSAND NINETY 16/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
(US$1,862.090.16), which have been included in the budgets for the financial years 2013 to 2014, with the end of 2014 being a balance to be executed by OCHOCIRENES EIGHTY-SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED
THIRTY-NINE 84/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 887,339.84).
IV.-That in the 2015 budget, from the balance indicated in the previous recital, the Health Ramo programmed resources for SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
(US$ 797,900.00), A new balance is available in the donation for EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE 84/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$ 89,439.84), which is required
on this occasion for the completion of the precious Project, whose term is scheduled for October 2015.
V.-That in the framework of the above mentioned Convention, these resources will be destined for the financing of the purchase of communications and computer equipment for the strengthening of the communications of the Community Health Units

Familiar and follow-up of family tokens in the areas of influence of the aforementioned Project.
VI.-That for the reasons outlined above and with the purpose that the Health Ramo can use the available resources of the Japan Social Development Fund
for the purposes set out in the related Convention, is done It is necessary to reform the Law of the Budget voted by Legislative Decree No. 866, dated 20 September. November 2014, published in Official Journal No 229, Volume N ° 405, of 8
December of the same year, in the part of revenue and expenditure concerning that Ramo, with the quantity of EIGHTY-NINE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND THIRTY-NINE 84/100 UNITED STATES DOLLARS
(US$ 89,439.84).
FOR TANTO,
in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance,
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-In the current Budget Law, Section -A General Budget of the State, the following changes are introduced
:
A) In Section II-REVENUE, Rubro 22-Capital Transfers, Account 224 External Sector Capital Transfers
, increase with the following amount, the specific source 22404 From Multiside Organisms, as well:

of Resources, the following modifications are incorporated:

by Grouping of Grouping, Source of Financing and Economic Destination and 5. Listing of Public Investment Projects, zansse with Source of Financing Grants, the current allocations of the Budget Unit, Line of Work and Public Investment Project indicated below,
with the amount of $89,439.84, as well:

Art. 2.-This Decree will enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
