1 Decree N ° 848 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that in accordance with article 131, paragraph 11 ° of the Constitution, is Faculty of this Decree Legislative Assembly, generally, benefits and tax incentives or of any nature, for the promotion of cultural, scientific, agricultural, industrial, or other.
II. on 13 February of 2001, founded in our country the "Club of motorcyclists rebels of El Salvador", those who have fundamental slogans: "Born to serve" and "No to drugs, no to alcohol", and whose main object is to promote humanitarian and national and international tourism by means of tours inside and outside the national territory.
III.-that the Guild of motorcyclists rebels is recognized for their selfless work, since they are constantly called by institutions such as the houses of culture, political parties, churches, homes of children, girls and adolescents, older adults, and ONG´s among others, in order to collaborate in charity events, leading stunts, rides for children, and various activities that contribute to the healthy enjoyment of Salvadoran families.
IV.-that the rebels Motorcycle Club, has an estimated hundred and fifty active members and enjoys the support of more than forty motorcyclists clubs the length and breadth of the country, which have mostly emerged following the example of the club in question, going nationwide, according to data from the Sub direction of transit of the police National Civil around one hundred thousand motorcyclists in Salvadoran territory.
V that by virtue of the foregoing and in order to continue encouraging all the people who are part of this group that promotes altruistic and humanitarian aid, is appropriate to declare the last Sunday of the month of November of each year as "National day of the Salvadoran rider."

Decree: Article 1.-declared the last Sunday of the month of November each year, "National day of the SALVADORAN MOTORCYCLIST", in recognition of his selfless contribution and healthy recreation to Salvadorian society.
