DECREE NO 847

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That on October 31, 2014, the Legislative Assembly met the initiative of the Deputy President, Sigfrido Reyes, in the sense granted permission to the Salvadoran citizen and Minister of Government and Development Territorial, Ramón Aristides Valencia Arana, to be able to accept the decoration " Order 35 Anniversary of the Ministry of Government ", which has been conferred upon it by the Government of Nicaragua.

II.-That in accordance with the provisions of the Ordinary 23rd of Art. 131 of the Constitution, it is appropriate to grant him the requested permission.

FOR TANTO,

use of his Constitutional faculty established in Art. 131, Ordinary 23rd and at the initiative of the Deputy Othon Sigfrido Reyes Morales.

DECRETA:

Art. 1.-Grant to the Salvadoran citizen and Minister of Government and Territorial Development, Ramón Aristides Valencia Arana, to be able to accept the decoration "Order 35 Anniversary of the Ministry of Government", which has been conferred by the Government of Nicaragua.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.

GIVEN IN THE BLUE HALL OF THE LEGISLATIVE PALACE: San Salvador, at the thirteen days of the month of November of the year two thousand fourteen.
