DECREE No. 860 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I. That the October 16, 2014, was signed Technical Cooperation Agreement between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of China (Taiwan).
II the instrument referred Considering the above has been approved by Executive Decision No. 1863/2014, of October 23, 2014, and submitted for consideration by the Legislature for ratification.
III.- That the aforementioned Agreement does not contain any provision contrary to the Constitution, being from ratification.
THEREFORE,
in use of the power provided for in Art. 131, Ordinal 7 of the Constitution in conjunction with Art. 168, 4th Ordinal of it, and the initiative of the President of the Republic through Minister of Foreign Affairs. DECREES
:
Art. 1.-is ratified in all its parts the Agreement on Technical Cooperation between the Republic of El Salvador and the Republic of China (Taiwan), which consists of a preamble and ten articles, signed on 16 October 2014; approved by the Executive Branch in the Field of Foreign Affairs by Agreement No. 1863/2014 of 23 October 2014
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
