1. Decree No. 875 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the Neonatal Alianza of El Salvador, is a set of governmental organizations, national and international non-governmental institutions, international cooperation agencies and professional associations, which have joined forces in order to advocate and promote the health of the infant, including the rights approach.
