DECREE No. 932 THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
I.- in accordance with Article 131 Ordinal 11 of the Constitution, it is this power to enact Legislative Assembly, generally, benefits and tax incentives or other nature, to promote, scientific, agricultural, industrial, or other cultural activities.
II that in our country there are groups of people who bike either as a means of transport, to exercise, or work as a means to raise awareness in other people to have a healthy life or simply for healthy recreation, thus contributing to the environment, generating zero emissions.
III that sometimes these groups including cyclists perform social work, supporting worthy causes, so it is worthwhile to recognize their contribution to society, in order to continue encouraging all people who are this group that promotes altruistic and humanitarian aid, so it is appropriate to declare September 19 of each year as "Day of the Salvadoran Ciclista".

Art. 1. It is declared on September 19 of each year as "SALVADOREAN DAY CYCLIST" in recognition of his work, discipline and example for the benefit of the Salvadoran population.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
