1. Decree No. 937 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-who dated 16 January 2014, the Legislative Assembly adopted opinion N ° 34, "Recommended partial", the Minister of Justice and public safety, the Attorney for the defence of human rights and to the General Prosecutor of the Republic, so that through their respective dependencies a "Review Committee", coordinated by the then Inspector General of the police National Civil, so they proceeded to carry out a thorough evaluation of each one of the cases which were submitted, with the fundamental objective of ensuring due process and the adequacy of the charge is to conform to.
II. that by means of Legislative Decree N ° 813, 02 October 2014, published in the official journal N ° 202, volume N ° 405, 30 of the same month and year, were issued the "transitional provisions for the reintegration of the former members of the National Civil Police, which between the years 2000 to 2003 were removed under the Decree legislative N ° 24 , dated June 08, 2000, published in the official journal N ° 107, take N ° 347 09 that same month and year; Legislative Decree N ° 101, August 23, 2000, published in the official journal N ° 161, take N ° 348, 30 of the same month and year and the No. 242 Legislative Decree of December 21, 2000, published in the official journal N ° 3, taking no. 350, from 05 January 2001 ", and which were assessed satisfactorily as per the"Review Committee" for their respective I re-entrance to the police Corporation.
III.-in accordance with provisions of article 6 of the provisions transitional to which reference has been made in the previous recital, is establishing that such transitional provisions will take effect the day of its publication in the official journal and its effects will expire ninety days after its entry into force.
IV.-that the concerned transitional provisions, came into effect on 30 October 2014, and its effects will expire on January 28, 2015; reason why, it becomes necessary to extend the effects of such transitional provisions, to the related review Commission concluded the process of revision and debugging that has been entrusted to him.
Therefore, use of his constitutional powers and at the initiative of the members José Antonio Almendáriz Rivas, Sigifredo Ochoa Pérez, Ernesto Antonio Angulo Milla and Misael Mejia Mejia.

Article 2.-this Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the official journal.
