THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 866 dated November 20, 2014, published in Official Journal No. 229, Volume No. 405 of December 8 of that
same year, the Budget Law for the Exercise was approved Fiscal 2015, with a value of FOUR THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND TWENTY-THREE MILLION TEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED Sixty 00/100 U.S. DOLLARS
AMERICA (US$4,823,010,660.00).
II-. That there is currently an urgent and urgent need to strengthen the
Ramo de Justicia y Seguridad Pública, in order to contribute to the fulfillment of its institutional goals and objectives, related to the fight against crime and To provide public security to the population; therefore, it is required
to grant a budgetary reinforcement in the amount of SEVEN MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND $00/100 OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$7,300,000.00) for the acquisition of goods and services and equipment, which are indispensable for the development of their functions.
III.-That there is also an urgent need to financially support the Salvadoran Institute for Integral Development of Childhood and Adolescence (ISNA), by
a value of UN $1 million 00/100 AMERICA (US$1,000,000.00) for the purpose of executing the Project of Furniture, Equipment and Insured for the operation of the Programs in
"City of Children and Adolescence", whose objective will be to provide integral services and
IV.-That in accordance with the provisions of Art. 226 of the Constitution of the Republic, the Ramo of Finance as responsible for the management of Public Finance, has identified in the available budget allocations of the Ramo
of Economy, an additional saving of EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$8,300,000.00) in the payment of the Liquefied Gas Subsidy, product of the reduction of the prices

Liquefied Gas Subsidy, Pool 56 Current Transfers in the amount of EIGHT MILLION THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND 00/100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (US$8,300,000.00); modifying also the
ISNA Special Budget in the amount of UN $1 million 00/100 USD (US$1,000,000.00);
FOR TANTO,
in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-In the current Budget Law, Section-A GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE, the
modifications are introduced:
A) In section III-EXPENSES, it is reinforced with an amount of US$ 8,300,000 the allocations of
different Public Administration Institutions, as well:
