DECREE NO 10
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities that comprise the Department of Usulutan, does not conform to the present development of the technology
in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor
II.-What with the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Center of Records and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Act of Municipal Limit THE TRIUMPH- SESORI with reference N ° 1105-1219, which is taken as the basis for the content of this Decree and is annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That pursuant to Art. 131 Ordinary 5 of the Constitution, it is the competence of this State Authority to decree, interpret authentically, to reform and
repeal secondary laws.

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies Mario Antonio Ponce López, Guadalupe Antonio Vásquez Martínez and former Deputies Erik Mira Bonilla, Carlos Cortez
Hernández, Mario Eduardo Valiente Ortiz and Nery Arely Diaz Aguilar.
DECRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a limit between the Municipalities of El Triunfo and Sesori of the Departments of Usulutan and San Miguel, the following:
The trace of the Municipal limit consists of two commutes. The first journey made up of three sections, determined by four points, numbered one to four, per natural hydrographic element;
The second journey, composed of three sections, determined by four points numbered from four to seven, by plot lines.
The measurement of the coordinates corresponding to the longitude and latitude of each of the points that make up the limit, has been carried out on the cadastral information of the old system, because in the Eastern zone, specifically the Departments of Usulutan and San Miguel, has not yet been realized updating the cadastral base.

Start Trifinium Point. It is defined at the mouth of the Rio Los Limones, on the right bank of the Rio Guálcho or San Antonio, where the number one point is located, at the same time trifinium
for the Municipalities of Sesori, of the Department of San Miguel, El Triumph and New Granada, both from the Department of Usulutan. Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred and sixty-two thousand five hundred and eighty-nine-point sixteen meters; equal latitude, two hundred and eighty-two thousand six hundred and eighty
point thirty-eight meters. Its adjoining are, for the Municipality of Sesori, parcel twenty-one, of the cadastral leaf five hundred and seventy-three twenty five hundred and fifty-six; for the Municipality of The Triumph, plot eight plica one, of the cadastral leaf five hundred and sixty-six four zero zero zero zero and for
the municipality of New Granada, parcel twenty-one plate one, of the cadastral sheet five hundred and sixty-four zero zero zero zero.
Journey one
Tramo one, from the point number one to the point number two. With a southeastern course, in a winding line, along the central axis of the Rio Los Limones, upstream, to intercept the central axis of the neighborhood street that of the Caserio Los Limones, leads to the Canton and Caserio San Antonio, where the point number is located
two, with an approximate distance of nine hundred and seventy points ninety-nine meters. Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred and sixty-three thousand two hundred and thirty-seventy-one meters; equal latitude, two hundred and eighty-two thousand four hundred and fifty-three point sixty-seven meters. Tramo two, from point number two to point number three. With a southeastern course, in a winding line,
by the central axis of the Rio Los Limones, upstream, to the mouth of the bankrupt Mal Paso over said Rio, where the number three point is located, with an approximate distance of two thousand six hundred and twenty-one point twenty-five meters. Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred and sixty
and five thousand and seventy-nine points twenty-two meters; latitude equal, two hundred and eighty-one thousand four hundred and thirty-four point sixty-five meters. Its adjoining are, for the Municipality of Sesori, plots thirty-five, thirty-six, two hundred and forty-one, all of the cadastral leaf five hundred and seventy and
three twenty-one five hundred and fifty-one; for the Municipality of The Triumph, Seventeen plots one and six plates one, both of the cadastral sheet five hundred and sixty four zero zero zero zero.
Tramo three, from point number three to the point number four. With a northeast direction, in a winding line, by the central axis of the bankrupt Mal Paso, to intercept the front line of the plot thirty and
eight plica two, place where the point number four is located, with a distance of approximately one thousand Two hundred and seventy-one point fifty-one meters. Its coordinates are equal length, five hundred and sixty-five thousand eight hundred and sixty-seven zero-meters; latitude equal, two hundred and eighty

Its adjoining are, for the Municipality of Sesori, plots thirty-eight plica two, forty

Tramo two, from point number five to point number six. With a southeastern course, in a broken line, by line of plots, until again intercepting the central axis of the Dry Quebrada, where
is located the six point, with a distance of approximately one hundred and thirty one point thirteen meters. Its coordinates are the same length, five hundred and sixty-seven thousand and two hundred and thirty-two meters; the same latitude, two hundred and eighty-two thousand five hundred and seventy-eight point seventy meters. Their
colindantes are, for the Municipality of Sesori, plots one hundred and fifty-three, fifty-nine plica three, both of the cadastral leaf five hundred and sixty-four zero zero zero zero; for the Municipality of El Triunfo, plot one hundred fifty-two, of the five-hundred-sixty-four-zero cadastral sheet four

Tramo three, from point number six to point number seven. With a southeastern course, in a broken line, by line of plots (making reference to that in this stretch, much of the linderline is the Dry Quebrada), to intercept the extension of the line of property that divides the plots
fifty-nine plica three and one hundred and fifty-five, both of the cadastral sheet five hundred and sixty-four zero zero zero zero, place where the number seven point is located, with a distance of approximately six hundred and thirty-seven points. Zero four meters. Its coordinates are equal length,

Triphinium of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number seven, which at the same time is trifinium, for the Municipalities of Sesori and Lolotique, both of the Department of San Miguel and El Triunfo, of the Department of Usulutan. Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
