1 Decree N ° 99 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: I.-that the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, accredited in our country, in solidarity with the people of El Salvador that has been affected by the continuous natural disasters such as the eruption of the volcano, flooding rains, and recently, the strong surf that is afflicting the coastal area of the country since June of this year He has managed support for those affected.
II.-that the Korean company Youngone S.A. de C.V., intends to donate 5,000 garments, with the purpose of helping to alleviate the needs of the population affected by these natural disasters.
III.-that in accordance with the powers conferred to the Legislative Assembly the Constitution, is exempt from the payment of taxes, including warehousing, that may cause the introduction of the above donation.

DECREES: Art. 1-exonerate is to the Embassy of the Republic of Korea, accredited in our country, of the payment of taxes to the import, including warehousing, that can cause the introduction to the country of a donation of 5,000 garments of dress.
