1 DECREE No. 126

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- by Legislative Decree No. 150 dated October 2, 2003, published in the Official Gazette No. 198, Volume No. 361, October 24

cross national artists, a situation that discourages them further developed, so it was necessary to grant tax incentives in order to contribute strengthening them.
III.- That the purposes of the Decree have been extended on several occasions, most recently by Legislative Decree No. 512, dated 17 October 2013, published in the Official Gazette No. 199, Volume No. 401,
October 25 the same year, reform which expires on 25 October this year.
IV.- That the economic crisis being experienced by the aforementioned musical ensembles and artists Salvadorans remain, and be near the expiration of the tax incentive should be extended for two more years, the effects established
Legislative Decree No. 150, to which reference is made in recital first of this Decree.
THEREFORE,

DECREES:
Art. 1. extended for two years, from October 25 this year, the provisions of Legislative Decree No. 150, dated October 2, 2003, published in the Official Gazette No. 198, Volume No. 361 October 24 the same year.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force upon its publication in the Official Journal.
