DECREE NO 131

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That Legislative Decrees projects containing territorial boundaries between Municipalities and technical property descriptions are extensive in their

content, which include only descriptions techniques that cannot be modified.

II.-That the readings of the Previously cited decrees extend the duration of the Plenary Sessions by reading the same, without the content of these being discussed or modified by the nature of the

.

III.-That in order to speed up the development of the Plenary Sessions, it is considered

necessary to reform the article seventy of the Rules of the Interior of this State Authority, in order to enable the Legislative Assembly the possibility to authorize, the omission of the reading of bills that contain the characteristics cited in the considered as antecedents.

BY TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional faculties and on the initiative of the Deputies and Diputados: Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, Guillermo Antonio Gallegos Navarrete, Norman Noel Quijano González, Santiago Flores Alfaro, Guillermo Francisco Mata Bennett and Jackeline Noemi Rivera Avalos.

DECCRETA, the following:

REFORM OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY ' S INTERNAL REGULATIONS.

Art. 1.-Reform the second paragraph of Article 70, as follows:

" Dealing with bills that contain territorial boundaries between Municipalities, technical descriptions of buildings, General Budget of the State, Special Budgets of Decentralized Institutions and the Wage Law, as well as the reforms to these law bodies, will be able to

omit its reading when the Legislative Assembly so provides, except in cases where a waiver is requested; no However, in the case of opinions dealing with territorial limits, the Court of reading of the same in the respective commission for recording purposes. "

Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
