1. Decree No. 134 the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR, considering: (I).-in accordance with rule 131, 22 ° Ordinal of the Constitution of the Republic, is Faculty of this organ of State grant to individuals or populations, titles, honorary distinctions and gratuities consistent with the form of Government established by relevant services to the homeland.

III.-that the Lady María Ester Orellana Bonilla, born on January 10, 1949, in the municipality of San Julián, Sonsonate Department, enjoyed the privilege and blessing of being born in a Christian home, playing since the age of 12 years, function of his Church Sunday school teacher, carried out since then, outstanding work with young people in social areas family and spiritual.
IV. Since then, the Dr. Orellana Bonilla has developed projects to help children and young people to seek a better quality of life, strengthen the academic area and family integrity, promoting self-improvement, becoming founder of sixteen private national institutions called Evangelical lyceums and collaborating with the Foundation compassion of El Salvador, creating further institutions in : San Salvador, Santa Ana, Metapan, Ahuachapan, San Miguel, Union, San Marcos, Zacatecoluca, Atiquizaya, transit and Usulután.
V-which under the merits before mentioned, is coming to give the doctor María Ester Orellana Bonilla, the honorable distinction of "outstanding educator of El Salvador", in recognition of his valuable contributions in the field of national education.
