DECREE NO 238
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the existing delimitation between the Municipalities comprising the Department of Freedom does not conform to the present development of the technology
in the field of registration and territorial measurement; nor the current circumstances of social and economic development of the country.
II. The registration technology and the photogrammetric models currently available by the National Records Center; it is possible to establish a precise delimitation and demarcation of these limits.
III. dialogue between the municipalities involved with the assistance of the National Records Center and the Institute
Geographic and the National Catastro, thus arriving in this way to the elaboration and signature of the Municipal Limit Act TAMANIQUE- SIZE with reference N ° 0518-0519, which is taken as the basis for the content of the present Decree and annexed as an integral part of it.
IV.-That the Municipal Code in its Art. 23 establishes that it is the faculty of the Legislative Assembly to decree the definition of territorial limits.
V.-That according to Art. 131 Ordinal 5 ° of the Constitution is the competence of this First State Body to Decretar, to interpret authentically, to reform
and to repeal secondary laws.

DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-It is established as a boundary between the Municipalities of Tamanique and Talnique both of the Department of Liberty, the following:

Trifinium point of arrival. The point of arrival will be the one described as number two, which
at the same time is trifinium point for the Municipalities of Talnique, Comasagua and Tamanique, all belonging to the Department of Freedom. Its adjacent ones are, for the Municipality of Talnique, plots one hundred and four and one hundred three, both of the sector zero five nineteen R zero three; for the Municipality
of Comasagua, plot sixty-two (Fca. San Emilio), of the zero sector five eighteen R zero two and for the Municipality of Tamanique, plot sixty-six, of the sector zero five eighteen R zero one.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
