1 Decree N ° 256, the Legislative Assembly of the Republic of EL SALVADOR: I.-that the existing delineation between the municipalities that comprise the Department of San Salvador, does not conform to the present development of registry technology and territorial measurement; as neither to the current circumstances of development social and economic of the country.
