DECREE N ° 258
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 151 dated October 22, 2015, published in Official Journal No. 203, Volume N ° 409 dated November 5, 2015, is
exonerated the Telethon Pro-Rehabilitation Association (FUNTER), of the payment of taxes, fees, rights and municipal and tax contributions that may be caused by the holding of the event called "TELETON 2016".
II.-That the dates of realization of the said event have been changed to 19 and 20 of February 2016, therefore it is necessary to reform the Decree, for
that said foundation enjoys the exoneration granted.
III. With the purpose of contributing to such a noble cause, and according to the
faculties that the Constitution of the Republic gives to this Legislative Assembly, it is appropriate to reform the Decree in reference, recording the new date of holding of the event called "TELETON 2016".

in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of the Deputies and the Lorena Diputados
Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, Hilda Jessenia Alfaro Molina, Rolando Mata Fuentes, Victor Hugo Suazo Alvarez, Juan Alberto Valiant Alvarez, Delmy Carolina Vásquez Alas and Reina Guadalupe Villalta.
DECREES THE FOLLOWING REFORM TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE NO 151 DATED OCTOBER 22, 2015, PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL JOURNAL NO. 203, TOOK N ° 409, DATED NOVEMBER 5, 2015
Art. 1.-Reform the first paragraph of Article 1, as follows:
" Art. 1.-Exonerase, to the TELETHON Pro-Rehabilitation Association, FUNTER, of the payment of taxes, fees, rights and municipal and tax contributions that may cause the realization of the event called "TELETON 2016" on 19 and 20 February 2016. "
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
