1 DECREE No. 274

THE LEGISLATURE OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR, CONSIDERING
:
I.- in accordance with Article 131 Ordinal 22 of the Constitution of the Republic, it is power to this body of State
grant to individuals or populations, titles, honors and rewards, consistent with the form of government established by relevant services to the country.
II.- Article 6, paragraph c) of the Act Honorary Distinctions, Awards and Titles, states that honors and Distinguished Merit or Distinction, in order of relevance, may be granted to Salvadorans || | or foreign residents, when services or contributions that have been provided to the country, are related to the dissemination and use of science, art, culture, education and sport or any other form of service
altruistic or collective; in such a way that represents an undeniable benefit to the Salvadoran State or its inhabitants.
III.- That the painter Beatriz Angels Margoth Lopez Barriere, known artistically as
"Gothy Lopez", born in San Salvador on August 30, 1975, from an early age has been developed in various branches of art, being at nineteen when he decided to devote himself to the "Arts
Plastic", for which he began his studies at the University of El Salvador and later made a specialization in the "Permanent Workshop of Drawing and Painting" of Mayra Barraza, where he also excelled as Instructor Teaching
since 1997 to 1999. That

; "Collí Briantei" award from the city of Vigano, Lombardia; and Award "CinisAelli" in the city of Cinisello Balsamo, Milan, Italy between 2001-2003; "Eustachi" award in the "International Painting Contest" by the "Eustachi Milan Gallery" in 2009; and Award for his impeccable

work issued by the "Humane Society of Milan", one of the oldest and most prestigious in the cultural world of that city entities.
VI.- By virtue of the aforementioned merits, it is appropriate to grant the honorary distinction of "DISTINGUISHED PAINTER OF EL SALVADOR" the artist Margoth
Beatriz Lopez Barriere de los Angeles, for his contribution to the development of visual arts and his career.

Art. 1. Margoth hereby declared to the artist Beatriz Lopez Barriere Angels, "DISTINGUISHED PAINTER OF EL SALVADOR" for his contribution to the development of the arts and artistic
path.
Art. 2. This Decree shall enter into force eight days after its publication in the Official Journal.
