DECREE NO 298
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That dated December 19, 2002, the Ministers of Foreign Affairs and Economy signed a Coordination Agreement between the two Ministries,
regarding the strengthening of the management of the Republic of El Salvador to the World Trade Organization, WTO and the World Trade Organization Intellectual Property, WIPO, in Geneva, Switzerland.
II.-That in accordance with the numeral 14, first paragraph of the said Convention, was established that the operating expenses of the Permanent Mission of El
Salvador in Geneva, Switzerland, would be divided and covered by both Ministries, according to a previously defined table of expenses and that the contribution of the Economy Ramo will be transferred to the Foreign Relations, so that this
transfers these resources to the Mission Permanent in Geneva, Switzerland.
III.-That it is necessary for the Permanent Mission of our country to In Geneva, Switzerland, it can have the necessary resources to continue with its management
to strengthen the bilateral, regional and multilateral trade negotiations aimed at the adoption of legal instruments
IV.-That in order to be able to transfer to the Ramo of Relations, international that improve the conditions of access of the Salvadoran exports of goods
and services that help to bring to the country increasing flows of investment and technology.
IV. External resources necessary for the functioning of the Permanent Mission of our country with In Geneva, Switzerland, during the present fiscal year 2016, it is necessary
to incorporate the reforms corresponding to the budget voted by Legislative Decree N ° 192, dated November 26, 2015, published in the Officer N ° 231, Tomo N ° 409, of December 15 of the same year.

in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the President of the Republic, through the Minister of Finance.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1.-In the current Budget Law, Section -A GENERAL BUDGET OF THE STATE, in
Section III-EXPENSES, the following modifications are introduced:
1. In the part corresponding to the External Relations Ramp, Literal B. Allocation of Resources, number 4 Budget Allocation by Grouping of Grouping, Source of Financing and Destination

2. The resources to finance this amendment will be taken from the Economic and Social Committee, the Budget Unit 02 Trade Policy and the Administration of Treaties, the Working Line 03 Representation to the WTO and WIPO, the Rubro 54 Goods and Services, the amount
of $21,192 and of the Rubro 55 Financial and Other expenses, the amount of $1,260, financed with the General Fund.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
