DECREE N ° 300

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

CONSIDERING:

I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 193, dated November 26, 2015, published in Official Journal No. 231, Volume N ° 409, of December 15 of that

same year, the Law of Salaries corresponding to the Fiscal Financial Year 2016.

II.-That during the process of formulation corresponding to 2016, the National Hospital "San Juan de Dios", Santa Ana, in the context of its institutional administrative reorganization, recorded the transfer of a square of Nurse

Hospital Supervisor from the National Children's Hospital Benjamin Bloom, modifying an involuntary error in his salary range, which has resulted in the person occupying the square not receiving the actual salary that the person has to pay.

in accordance with the Law of Creation of Escalafon of the Ministry of Public Health and Social Assistance.

III.-That with the purpose of making the adjustment to the salary structure requested by

the National Hospital "San Juan de Dios", Santa Ana, it is necessary to introduce the reforms corresponding to the Law of Salaries in force.

BY TANTO,

in use of its Constitutional powers and on the initiative of the President of the Republic, by means

of the Minister of Finance,

DECCRETA:

Art. 1. -In the Law of Exists, Section II-SALARIES WITH APPLICATION TO SPECIAL BUDGETS OF NON-BUSINESS DECENTRALIZED INSTITUTIONS AND PUBLIC ENTERPRISES, in

the part corresponding to the National Hospital "San Juan de Dios", Santa Ana, are incorporated for the fiscal financial year 2016, the following modifications are indicated:

a) In the Budget Unit 02 Integrated Services in Health, Line of Work 02 Hospital Care, Code: 2016-3206-3-02-02-21-1, replace the number of places in the consignment shown below, as follows:
