DECREE NO 352
THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That by Legislative Decree No. 704, dated May 5, 2011, published in Official Journal No 89, Volume No. 391 of May 16, 2011, the Loan No. 2492 /OC-ES, signed between the State and Government of El Salvador, was approved. and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), in the amount of five million dollars from the United States of AMERICA ($5,000,000.00).
II.-That in order to continue with the Program of Modernization of the Legislative Body II, it is necessary to implement several projects that are integral part of said Program of Modernization.
III. It becomes necessary to incorporate the current budget, the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED AND NINE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-EIGHT $100 DOLLARS FROM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ($709,528.45).
FOR TANTO,
in use of its Constitutional powers and at the initiative of Deputies Lorena Guadalupe Peña Mendoza, Santiago Flores Alfaro, Jackeline Noemi Rivera Avalos and Reynaldo Antonio López Cardoza.
DECCRETA:
Art. 1. In the current Budget Law, Section A "General Budget of the State" the following modifications are introduced:
1. In the Section for Income, Rubro 31 Public Indebtedness, Account 314 Contracting of External Borrowings, increase the specific source 31404 of Multilateral Organizations, as well:
Loan No. 2492 /OC-ES, subscribed with the Inter-American Bank Development (IDB). Adopted by Legislative Decree No 704 of 5 May 2011, published in Official Journal No 89, Volume No 391 of 16 May 2011. $709,528.45
2. In Section III-Expenses, modify the literal B Allocation of Resources from the Legislative Body budget, in the following detail:

The financing that is incorporated by the present Legislative decree worth $709,528.45, must be applied to the Source of Resources 8 Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
Art. 2.-The resources to be financed from the Counterparty mentioned above will be reduced from the current budget of the Legislative Body, Budget Unit 01. Management and Institutional Administration, Work Line 03. Institutional Financial Management, Group 54. Acquisition of Goods and Services, Source of Financing 1. General Fund.
Art. 3.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
