DECREE N ° 360

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

Known the request of the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, lawyer Ricardo

Antonio Mena Guerra, in the sense is exonerated from the aforementioned charge, in attention to the fact that he has reached the conclusion that due to situations Professional and personal, they do not allow him to carry out the position for which he was elected, however, he reiterates your commitment to continue contributing to the progress of the

justice of the country.

DECRETA:

Art. 1.-I accepted the exoneration of the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice, to the lawyer Ricardo Antonio Mena Guerra, from this date.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
