DECREE NO 359

THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,

Known the request of the Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, lawyer Armando

Antonio Serrano, in the sense he is exonerated from the aforementioned position, in attention to that by commitments acquired in the framework of the exercise of the profession of lawyer, do not allow him to be in the permanent availability that the position of Magistrate Alternate requires, when he is eventually called to comply

Chief Justice in the Supreme Court.

DECCRETA:

Art. 1.-I accepted the exoneration of the position of Deputy Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Justice, to lawyer Armando Antonio Serrano, from this date.

Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
