THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY OF THE REPUBLIC OF EL SALVADOR,
CONSIDERING:
I.-That the Association "Rotary Club of San Miguel", of the Department of San Miguel, is a public utility, not profit, whose objectives, among others, are
to create and foster a spirit of understanding between the peoples of the world, as well as to promote the theory and practice of the principles of good
II.-That for the achievement of their objectives, they will introduce to the country a donation of several items that have been donated to them.
III.-That according to the faculties that this Legislative Assembly gives to the Constitution of the Republic, it is appropriate to exonerate the payment of taxes,
including the bodegaje that could cause the introduction to the country of the said donation.

DECRETA:
Art. 1.-The Association "Rotary Club of San Miguel", of the Department of San Miguel, of the payment of taxes, including winegage, except for the Tax on the Transfer of Furniture and Services (VAT), which may cause the introduction to the country of a donation
consisting of: eight (8) medical examination tables; two (2) surgical ceiling lamps; two (2) medical procedure chairs; one (1) catheter supply tray; eight (8) glove boxes surgical; one (1) box of suture material; one (1) box of examination gloves; one (1) box of
catheter supplies, infant feeding kit and tracheal tubes; one (1) male luer lock adapter box; one (1) ECG bypass box; one (1) hydrogen peroxide package box, surgical gloves; one (1) box Culture swabs, foam dressing; one (1) box of
suture material; one (1) catheter box, needle stick kits, suture kits; one (1) hypodermic needle box; one (1) catheter tray box, wound dresings; one (1) boxes of nurses ' dress kits; one (1) box of tracheotomy kits; one (1) tray box tracheal

Exemption granted is without prejudice to the supervision and control to be exercised by the respective tax authorities. Likewise, the representatives of the aforementioned Association, must present to this Legislative Assembly within 45 days after the introduction of said goods, a report
duly audited on the distribution of the same.
Art. 2.-This Decree shall enter into force from the day of its publication in the Official Journal.
