(Social contribution to youth education institutions on the basis of the proportion of fraulled pupils)

§ 1

Notice no. 638 of 3. July 2003 on subsidy payments and so on to institutions for vocational training, etc., as last amended by Notice No 919 of the 28th. June 2013, the following changes are made :

1. In the introduction, ' in accordance with section 39 (4), 6, and section 39 a, paragraph, 2, in the law of training for higher commerce samen (hhx) and higher technical examination (htx), cf. Law Order no. 861 of 5. July 2010, as amended by Section 4 of Law No 469 of 29. May 2012, 'to :' in accordance with section 39, paragraph 1. 6 and 7, and section 39 a, paragraph, 2, in the law of training for higher commerce samen (hhx) and higher technical examination (htx), cf. Law Order no. 1074 of 4. September 2013, as amended by Section 3 of Act 3. 1540 of 27. December 2014, "

2. Insert after section 5 :

" § 5 a. Special grants are provided for in the light of the proportion of fraulsed students to higher levels of commercial training (htx) and higher technical degree (htx) and to the basic courses of vocational training and tuition training in the the form of secondary schools in a separate competency, or in the main course of vocational training (inter alia eux). The keys shall be determined on the annual financial laws.

Paragraph 2. The details of the calculation and payment of the subsidy are shown by the Education Ministry's IEU instrux and of annual financial laws. '

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 28th. January 2015, with effect from 1. January 2015.
