Publication of the amendment of the Executive Order on the Central Enterprise Registry and data .active.

§ 1

Notice no. 932 of 21. August 2014 on the Central Business Register and data .functioning as amended by Notice No 1267 of 2. December 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I preamour change ' § 60, paragraph 2 and 4, in the law of business operators, cf. Law Order no. 560 of 19. May 2010, as amended by law no. 1231 of 18. December 2012, 'to :' § 19, paragraph. Three and four, in the law. 712 of 25. June 2014 on economic operators '.

2. Section 2 (2). 1, no. 8, ITREAS :

" 8) Marking of any address protection provided by the Business Authority (s) of the Agency for the Administrative Board (s). 7 mentioned persons in the Central Enterprise Registry. ` ;

3. Section 11 (1). 1, no. 7, 1. pkt., ITREAS :

" 7) Name, address, job title and CPR number for participants, members and management members, unless the Business Authority has notified address protection in the Central Enterprise Register, cf. Section 2 (2). 1, no. 8. "

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 9th. February 2015.
