Publication of access to undergraduations in universities (undergraduate undergoing notification)

Under section 1 of the law on access to higher education, cf. Law Order no. 583 of 1. June 2014, as amended by law no. 1377 of 16. December 2014, and paragraph 8 (4). Paragraph 1 and 3, and section 34 (4). 1, in the case of universities (university law), cf. Law Order no. 960 of 14. August 2014 :

Chapter 1

Scope of application

§ 1. The announcement relates to access requirements, admission, entry and leave at undergraduate degrees.

Chapter 2

Access requirements

§ 2. Access to a undergraduate degree implies a high school diploma, fulfillment of specific access requirements, as well as fulfillment of any character requirements.

Paragraph 2. Access may also predict that the applicant shall pass an access test according to rules laid down by the university.

§ 3. For the purposes of this notice, a high school diploma means :

1) Student Exams (stx).

2) Higher preparation time but (hf).

3) Higher trade sayers (hhx).

4) Higher technical degree (htx).

5) Student Competence for vocational training (eux).

6) graduate student diploma, Greenland's high school education, ferocious high degree of preparation, the ferocious higher degree of trade, the vocational high school education for the commercial sector of Greenland, ferries higher technical qualifications, the professional high school Training for higher technical exams from Greenland and the degree from the Duborg School and A. P. Møller School.

7) High school, refugee and immigrant workers (GIF).

8) Danish / French Baccalauréate (DFB), European Baccalauréate (EB), International Baccalaureate (IB), Option International du Baccalauréate (OIB) and the Danish-German student exam (DIAP).

9) The foreign exams and so on, as the Visa for the Higher Educational Educational, has evaluated as comparability with a Danish high school diploma.

Paragraph 2. The adoption of the degree to undergraduate studies in technical sciences (civil engineering), food and nutrition, as well as ground inspection, may also be carried out in the course of access to the engineering training.

Paragraph 3. Evaluation of foreign examinations, cf. paragraph 1, no. 9, according to the law on the evaluation of foreign training qualifications etc.

§ 4. For specific access requirements, in this notice, a particular secondary class of the A, B or C level respectively, cf., respectively. the rules on high school education or vocational training.

Paragraph 2. The specific requirements for access are laid down by the Education and Research Ministry after the universities and the publication of this notice of Appendix 1.

Paragraph 3. The Higher Educational Management Board shall publish changes to the specific access requirements for the accession portal, www.optagelse.dk. The screens are being warded by at least two years before they have effect.

Paragraph 4. When a subject is predetermined at a given level, cf. paragraph 1, the applicant must have complied with the bounds of this or a higher level in accordance with the rules concerning the character of the report in the secondary school concerned. If a number of characters are made, the requirement shall be fulfilled if the weighted average is at least 2,0. The requirement can't be fulfilled by insurgency.

Character requirements

§ 5. The university may require the passing exams to be carried out with a specific degree, as a minimum, or that each subject has been passed with a specific minimum character higher than the character 02, in accordance with the rules on : the degree of character of the training in question.

Paragraph 2. The university may decide that the result of a test that is particularly organised by the university and which documents corresponding qualifications may be equated with the fulfilment of the character requirement for applicants who do not comply with this, cf. paragraph 1.

Paragraph 3. The decision of the university of the determination of the grades and amendments thereto shall be communicated to the Higher Higher Educational Committee, which publishes the requirement for the admission portal, www.optagelse.dk, and the determination of character requirements and cuts thereof must be made ; be hosed at least two years before they have their effect.

Paragraph 4. The university may dispensers from its own, determined character requirements, cf. paragraph 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Conditional Recording

§ 6. The university may record applicants, even if the required access requirements are not met by the application deadline. The recording shall be conditional upon the applicant after the examination of the university before the study, or immediately therecal, meets the requirements of the access requirement or complement to a level which, after the evaluation of the university, can be treated as equivalent to access requirements.

Other Basis Recurring

§ 7. The university may allow applicants to seek admission on a different basis from the requirements laid down in advance if the applicant has professional qualifications to be treated, and the university estimates that the applicant will be able to complete the training.

Paragraph 2. The university may do so in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 conditionally, the applicant shall consist of additional tests at the latest in order to substantiate the necessary qualifications.

Paragraph 3. Authorisation pursuant to paragraph 1. 1 and 2 shall cover only the degree in question at the university in question.

Language Compeeability Requirement

§ 8. The university may, on the basis of a specific technical evaluation, require that foreign applicants or applicants with a foreign access basis subject to sections 2 and 2 a in the law on the education of adult foreign nationals and others, by the latest before the study of study, must have passed the Study test in Danish or have documented equivalent knowledge in Danish. For applicants with a foreign access basis, which, after the law on training for adult foreign nationals and others, may not be nominated for the Study Test in Danish, the university may only require the applicant by the study to be documented at the latest, before the study of the study ; equivalent knowledge in Danish.

Paragraph 2. The university may require the Study Test in Danish to be at least a minimum, or that individual or all of the partial samples have been passed with a specific minimum character that is higher than the character 02.

Paragraph 3. The university may be eligible for applicants covered by paragraph 1. ONE, ONE. PC, decide that the requirement for Danish A on access to the undergraduate education, cf. Annex 1 may be replaced by the Study Test in Danish.

Paragraph 4. Competeeability requirements, including when the Study test in Danish and so on shall be recorded, must be recorded in the university's website. Establishment and cutting requirements for Danish knowledge shall be wrecrased by two years before they have their effect.

§ 9. If an education or essential part of such a product is offered in English, the applicant shall, by the study of the study, document knowledge in English corresponding to at least B level. The university may stipulate that applicants must also have a special planned test.

Paragraph 2. The university can decide that an applicant who does not have English at B-level can instead pass a test that is particularly organised by the university.

Paragraph 3. Requirements for English knowledge, including when these must be documented and what requirements are made for foreign tests, must appear on the university's website. Establishment and cutting requirements for English knowledge shall be wrecracted by two years before they have effect.

More high school examines

§ 10. If the applicant has passed high level of access to high school exams, only the graduated high degree from which the degree is a part of the access requirement or used as a selection criterion shall be used as a basis for the selection criterion, including the adjustment (bonus for Early Student Species.

Paragraph 2. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Chapter 3

Recurring Capacity

§ 11. The university itself determines, even after the rules of free opting, how many students it will record on the individual undergraduate training, unless the Education and Research Office provides an annual maximum rate for the absorption capacity, cf. Section 4 of the university law.

Paragraph 2. In the course of training, the university shall establish the capacity for absorption capacity, taking into account the possibility of providing a sound research-based training with qualifying teachers and sufficient building capacity. The university must take into account the fact that the absorption rate is in line with the social needs of society in the field in question.

Paragraph 3. A university can refrain from setting up an outbid undergraduate education when it is justified by criteria that are predetermined by the university. In the case of undergraduations, for undergraduates, in accordance with the summer intake, cf. Section 14, must the criteria to refrain from setting up an outbid training be available on the admission portal, www.optagelse.dk, and at the university's website by 1. February, same year. Decisions to avoid creating an outbid undergraduate shall be taken at the latest by 5. § 12. Applicants that have completed a candidate's training can only be accepted in a undergraduate training if there are any seats available.

Paragraph 2. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Quotas

§ 13. If there are more qualified applicants than study seats on each of the undergraduates, the seats in quota 1 and quota 2 are split up in quota 2 and possibly quota 3. Overcoming seats from quota 1 shall be transferred to quota 2, and surplus seats from quota 2 and 3 are transferred to quota 1. Quota 3 can only be created for undergraduations available in English.

Paragraph 2. The Higher Education Management Board shall fix the size of the quota each year, including any breakdown in quota 3, according to the suspension of the university.

Paragraph 3. The Higher Education Management Board can accept that the university of certain undergraduations uses a different recording system than the quota system.

Paragraph 4. The university shall publish the allocation of the school grounds according to paragraph 1. Paraguations 1 and 2 and any other recording system provided for in paragraph 1. 3 on his website.

Chapter 4

Applause procedure-summer oproof

§ 14. The application for recording through quota 1 and 2 is digitally using the recording portal www.optagelse.dk, unless the university has offered that the application may be submitted in another way, cf. Communication on digital communication on the application for entry to higher education.

Paragraph 2. It is possible to search for recording by up to eight of the areas of admissions that are set out in the recording portal www.optagelse.dk.

Paragraph 3. The applicant shall submit an application and attach documentation to the access basis for the priority order of the requested person or of the required training. The documentation of the access basis shall be attached to the application for the admission portal www.optagelse.dk if the applicant has not received a certificate of degree in the event of an intake. before the end of the application period, cf. section 15, and no later than within a time limit laid down by the State.

Paragraph 4. The university may lay down rules on the fact that diplomas and so on which are submitted on application for admission and admission to undergraduate studies and not written in Danish, a different Nordic language or one or more other languages which the university may or may not have ; a master shall be attached to one of these languages. Rules on requirements for the translation of diplomas and so on are published on the university's website.

Paragraph 5. The application for admission through quota 3 is based on rules which the university sets and publishes on its website.

§ 15. The application period for the admission of undergraduations is :

1) The 15th. March at 12:00 for applicants seeking admission through quota 2.

2) The 15th. March at Twelve to all applicants with foreign access examinations, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 8 and 9, unless the persons concerned must apply quota 3, cf. paragraph 2.

3) The 15th. March at At 12 noon for applicants for training, where the access requirements are included in an admissions or absorption test. The university may decide that there is also the period of application of the five. July at 12.00.

4) The 15th. March at 12:00 for Greenlandic applicants seeking admission beyond the criteria of the access limitation, cf. 20.

5) The 5th. July at 12:00 for applicants seeking admission through quota 1.

Paragraph 2. For applicants seeking admission through quota 3, the application shall set the application period, cf. § 27, paragraph. 3. The application period shall be published on the university's website.

Paragraph 3. Applicants seeking admission to application-frames covered by paragraph 1. 1, no. However, in accordance with quota 1, the applicant has an access degree that can be converted into an admission quota, cf. 1 3. Section 19 (1). 2. Applicants seeking admission to the date of application of the 5. July at It will only be judged according to the accession criteria in quota 1.

Paragraph 4. The deadline for changing prioritization, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 3, is the fifth. July at 12.00.

Paragraph 5. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 and 4 if exceptional circumstances are available.

Applause procedure-winter oproof

§ 16. The university can decide for the individual undergraduate graduates to include students in the winter months of study estates in the spring formal. The application and acceptance procedure for winter intake, including application and response time limits, if necessary, required confirmation of study, requirement for translation, cf. Section 14, paragraph 14. 4, as well as entry through quota 3, shall be done according to rules which the university lays down and shall publish on its website.

Paragraph 2. Upon notification of decisions, the university will provide information on possible free studio places on their website. In the case of admission to open spaces, the university itself shall establish even the application and accession procedure, including time limits, cf. however, section 28 (3). 3.

Paragraph 3. Termination of winter intake for a undergraduate education must be heated by the first of the first. Feb after the last winter break-up for training.

Paragraph 4. At one of the university instigating winter intake, section 22, 26, 27 and 28 (4). One and two, not applicable.

Information to be bound by the supposed training elements

§ 17. The applicant shall indicate and seek merit for alleged training elements from all previous unfinished training courses at the same level.

Paragraph 2. The university lays down rules on disciplinary measures, in the case of devotion, incorrect or incomplete information about previous training elements at the same level.

Chapter 5

Application of the application

§ 18. The College shall decide on the admission of each applicant for the rules laid down in this notice.

Paragraph 2. For applicants who are admitted to undergraduate training, the university ensures that decisions on the merit of the training elements of all previous unfinished training courses at the same level as soon as possible shall be taken as soon as possible, cf. § 17, paragraph 1. 1.

Quota 1

§ 19. The studies seats in quota 1 shall be assigned after falling absorption quota applicants with conditional access examinations, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1.

Paragraph 2. The take-over quota is

1) the degree according to the evidence of the adjusting degree adjusted in accordance with section 21 ; or

2) the degrees of exams of a foreign exams after the 7-step scale, cf. ~ 39, adjusted in accordance with section 21.

Paragraph 3. Applicants with foreign-access exams which cannot be converted into an admission quota can only be subject to quota 2, cf. Section 23, paragraph 1. 1, no. 4.

Paragraph 4. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

20. The university is occupy Greenland applicants without the application for access restrictions when the applicant documents document that the criteria for accession are fulfilled. The criteria shall be determined by the Management of the Higher Educational Training for the Preference from Greenland's Self-regime, as set out in the Education and Research Ministry's website.

Bonus for early study est.

§ 21. An applicant with an exforce-for-giving degree, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 1-5, which has ended up to two years before the application wound, cf. however, paragraph 1 3, see the adjusted average, cf. paragraph 2 if it is to be used as a selection criterion, cf. § 19. The date of termination of the examination certificate shall be the date of the examination certificate.

Paragraph 2. The adjustment of the grade average shall be made by multiplying the grade average, cf. § 39, with 1.08. The average is calculated with one decimal place.

Paragraph 3. The university extension two-year timed out in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, cf. § 42, paragraph. 2 if the applicant has been prevented from starting an education because of the following conditions :

1) Obligation service, including service on a host-level playing field.

2) Training for the purposes of the international operations carried out in the course of the defence operations.

3) Adoption or maternity leave.

4) Long-term disease, including specific conditions associated with a disability.

5) Insulting the nutrient, which are disabled, seriously ill or dying.

6) Training for, and participation in the Olympic Games or the Paralympic Games, as an Elite or the World Class, designated by Team Denmark.

Paragraph 4. Extend after paragraph 1 3 is provided with full application year. An applicant may, however, be able to have a maximum of 4 years of free extension.

Paragraph 5. An applicant with an exforce-for-giving degree, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1, no. 6, 8 and 9 receive, when the result can be converted into an admission quota, adjusted the quota if it is to be used as a selection criterion, in accordance with the rules laid down in paragraph 1. 1-4. An applicant who may decide for himself the time of the finale of the access test shall be adjusted only on the average of his diploma if the training and the associated tests have been completed within a period corresponding to the one which corresponds to it ; normal or normal training for training.

§ 22. If it is not possible to absorber all applicants with the same admissions quota, cf. section 19, the selection shall be made by the lottery to be performed by the Coordinated Offer, cf. section 26, unless pre-med in advance has guaranteed admission to a specific quotient or pledged to later take with a specific quota.

Quota 2

-23. The studies seats in quota 2 shall be assigned according to the rules laid down by the university :

1) Applicants that meet the access requirements for the training, cf. § § 2 5, but which does not have a sufficient quota to be eligible for quota 1.

2) Applicants who do not have an exforce-for-giving degree, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 1 but which satisfies alternative access requirements to the degree in question.

3) Applicants who do not have a degree of acceding but have qualifications which may be placed on the same footing, cf. § 7.

4) Applicants with a foreign access degree that cannot be converted into an admission quota in quota 1, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, unless the persons concerned have to apply quota 3, cf. § 24.

Paragraph 2. The school seats in quota 2 are allocated to a specific assessment of the applicants. The university shall publish on its website the objective, professional criteria which may be included in the assessment of the individual applicant. The university must not be allowed to use age or draw as a selection criteria. In the criteria, business and other activities may be weighted with a maximum period of 12 months. Any changes to the criteria must be varred with at least two years before they have effect.

Paragraph 3. Occuits business work in the evaluation, cf. paragraph 2, service and posting as part of the contract with the defense are hereby placed and included with the entire contract period, cf. however, paragraph 1 TWO, FOUR. pkt., irrespective of the fact that the period of the contract expires after the application period, but no later than the date of study.

Paragraph 4. In the evaluation of the applicants in accordance with paragraph 1, 2 may include initiation tests, conversations, etc.,

Paragraph 5. The university may dispensers from their own recording rules as laid down in paragraph 1. 2 if exceptional conditions exist.

Quota 3

§ 24. The studies seats in quota 3 shall be awarded in accordance with the rules laid down by the university, applicants who have a foreign forgiving degree, cf. Section 3, paragraph 3. 3, and where the applicant is in need of a residence permit to participate in an education.

Paragraph 2. Study positions are allocated to a specific assessment of the applicants. The university shall publish on its website the objective, professional criteria which may be included in the assessment of the individual applicant. Any changes to the criteria must be warmed by at least 1 year before they have effect.

Paragraph 3. The number of studio seats allocated to applicants in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, cf. Section 11 (1). Paragraph 1 shall be determined in such a way as to ensure that there are room seats for applicants who do not need a residence permit and which are more qualified to be admitted to the training other than applicants for the application of paragraph 1. 1.

Paragraph 4. Applicants which satisfy the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 1, can only apply to quota 3.

Paragraph 5. The university may dispensers from their own recording rules as laid down in paragraph 1. 2 if exceptional conditions exist.

Wait List (State Places)

§ 25. The university may, at the same time, establish a number of waiting list spaces (stop-by-places) seeking the application for a quota to 1 and 2 of the application for quotas to be entered on a priority wait list by the same number ; criteria as for accession. The university can determine that only wait lists are included in quota 1.

Paragraph 2. The right to a study will be suspended if the applicant on the waiting list has not taken up the offer of study for study within a time limit set by the university.

Paragraph 3. If the applicant has not been offered a recording at the expiration of the deadline, the wait list shall be changed to a pledge to be made by the following year. However, it is a condition of the following year for the following year for the applicant to meet the specific requirements and requirements for certain minimum standards in a specific subject applicable to training for the year in question, cf. § § 4 and 5.

Paragraph 4. Regardless of the fact that a commitment has been made, a new application shall be submitted for the following year.

Recording Coordination

SECTION 26. Coordination of the applicant ' s admission to the training provided for in this notice shall be made by the Coordinated enrollment, which is part of the Education and Research Ministry. Other higher education can be subject to coordination by agreement with the Education and Research Ministry.

Paragraph 2. Universities shall, at the request of the Commission, communicate to the Ministry of Education and the Ministry the information necessary for the coordination of the application and enrollment, including information on training courses, applicants for and accepted by the training.

Communication of Decision

§ 27. The university must be at the end of 30. July shall communicate to the applicants who can be admitted to the university, with an offer to study the study, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 2. The enrollment enrollment will be given by the 30. July, on behalf of the universities, to the applicants who are unable to join in any of the understudy courses referred to in the field of undergraduate training. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. The university can regularly give notice to the applicants who can be admitted to the university by quota 3, with an offer to make a study, but not later than 1. June. The university is given by the 1. In June, non-eligible candidates at the University of Quota 3 are notified of a disclaimer. The university is notified of the Encoded Enrollment Report by the 15th. June, who has been included in quota 3.

Paragraph 4. The right to a study in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 and 3 shall be suspended if the applicant has not confirmed the offer of the study ' s place within a time limit set by the university. The university can dispense from here if there are any unusual circumstances.

Study Places

§ 28. Applicants who are not busy with any of the sought undergraduations are given at the same time as the communication on the 'Proposal' from the Coordinated Register of Education, where there are available seats.

Paragraph 2. In the case of admission to open spaces, the university itself shall establish even the application and accession procedure, including time limits.

Paragraph 3. If there are more applicants for an undergraduate education than there are available seats, applicants shall be admitted according to objective criteria set out by the university. The university must not apply age and draw as a selection criteria. The criteria for selecting the criteria must be published at the university's website at the same time as the publication of the available seats.

Chapter 6

Enwriting

§ 29. The university is enacting the student at the appropriate study stage in the training of one of the following categories :

1) Bachelor training.

2) Module or parts thereof for the purpose of merit in other training.

3) Guest students, by the way.

Paragraph 2. If the accepted distribution of the number of studies in several studies, the older people are collected before younger, unless an older applicant has applied for a deferred study eart.

Paragraph 3. If there are several studies on training, the university must inform the applicant countries and indicate the criterion of distribution from the date on which to be sought for inclusion in training.

Paragraph 4. The university can lay down detailed rules on the entry into the paper.

-$30. The student may not be inscribe by more than one full-time training at a time, cf. however, section 29 (4). 1, no. Two and three.

Paragraph 2. The university can dispensers from paragraph 1. 1 if there are any unusual circumstances.

Student shifts, transfer and reentry, etc.

§ 31. A student requesting to switch to a new undergrad at the same university or at the same university or in order to transfer to the same undergraduate degree in a different university must apply for admission to the rules of this country ; the notice other than those referred to in paragraph 1. The same applies to applicants who have been written in the past on a degree of undergraduate education without having implemented it, wishing to be admitted to the same undergraduate education or in a new undergraduate education, or at the same university or university.

Paragraph 2. Where the applicant has passed the study elements which correspond to the first year of the training to which the applicant wishes to switch or transfer to, or to which the applicant wishes to be accepted, the applicant shall apply for inscribe on the study ' s study ; on education. The university can use lottery tickets if there are more applicants than there are available field seats.

Paragraph 3. The university may permit the transfer of transfer to the same undergraduate studies by way of introduction, even if the applicant has not passed the study elements corresponding to the first year.

Paragraph 4. In the case of an application for study changes or admission of entry into the form of entry, cf. paragraph Section 17 and Section 18 (2) shall be found. 2, similar application.

Chapter 7

Printing

§ 32. The university brings an end to the inwrites to students who,

1) has completed the training ;

2) has been cut off from continuing training, because the person concerned has not passed a study test for the university, cf. the examination of the examination and censorship of university graduates (diplomas),

3) has been cut off from continuing training, because the person concerned has used up its test trials, cf. the examination notice ;

4) has been cut off from continuing training, because the person concerned has not complied with the rules of participation in or admiing the first-year test training, cf. the examination notice ;

5) has been cut off from continuing training as a result of the rules of training,

6) reporting out of training, or

7) may be suspended from the university according to the rules laid down in Article 14 (1) of the College of Law. 9.

§ 33. If the entry has been put to an end, cf. $32, no. 1, the person concerned shall not be researching for entry or inscribe on the same training.

Paragraph 2. If the entry has been put to an end, cf. $32, no. 2-5, the university may allow the person concerned to apply and enter into new, cf. § 12, however. Permission granted.

1) where the university on the basis of a specific technical assessment estimates that the ability to carry out the training is substantially improved, or

2) where the content of the training is substantially altered.

Paragraph 3. If the entry has been put to an end, cf. $32, no. 6, the person concerned shall be able to enter and enter into new, cf. However, section 32, nr. 1-5, and section 12. However, acceptance and entry may not, at the earliest possible date, take place five months after the entry into which the entry has been put to an end.

Paragraph 4. Where the person concerned is admitted and resigned, cf. paragraph 2 and 3 may not be taken over unless they are obsolete as a result of the rules of training. The same applies to transfer to the same training at another university. Where diplomas have been exhausted, the university may grant the student permission for new examinations to be examined in accordance with the rules applicable to the training in question.

§ 34. The university may lay down rules that the entry should be stopped for students who have not been at least one sample in a continuous period of at least 1 year.

Paragraph 2. The rules laid down by the university on the Student test and the first-year test of undergraduate studies, cf. the examination of the examination and censorship at university studies (diplomas), irrespective of the rules laid down in accordance with paragraph 1, shall apply. 1.

Other provisions

The entry into force, etc.

§ 43. Publication no. 1487 of 16. December 2013 on access to undergraduations in universities (undergraduate undergoing notification) is hereby repealed.

Paragraph 2. Section 33 of the notice no. 1487 of 16. December 2013 shall apply to and by 31. August 2015.
