Law on the amendment of the state's adult education support (SVU), legislation on active employment, the law and the law on the institutions of general education and general adult education and so on.

(Simplification of the system for the state's adult education support)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

The Ministry of Education and Research

§ 1

In the case of the State's adult education support (SVU), cf. Law Order no. 364 of 9. April 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I title shall be deleted ' (SVU) `.

2. Everywhere in the law, the "Controlling of the Higher Educational and Educational Support" is replaced by the following : 'The governance of the Higher Education and Training'.

3. I Section 2 (2). 1, no. 1, the ' paragraph shall be amended The following shall be : FIVE. "

4. Section 2 (2). 2 and 4, revoked.

paragraphs 3, 5 and 6 are then referred to in paragraph 1. 2-4.

5. I Section 2 (2). THREE, ONE. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. TWO, ONE. pkt. shall be deleted ' in accordance with Chapter 3 `.

6. I § 2 pasted as paragraph 5 :

" Stop. 5. The Minister for Education lays down rules that training, which is 20 years old, can be given the SVU to education after paragraph 4 (1). 1. "

7. I Section 4 (4). 2, the words ', including those relating to the minimum requirements for the weekly training period may be different for the training referred to in paragraph 1. 1, no. ONE-FOUR, "

8. Section 4 (4). 3, revoked.

9. I Section 5 (5). ONE, ONE. pkt., the words ', cf. however, section 6 ", and Two. Point. revoked.

10. Section 5 (5). 2 and 3, revoked.

Paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 4. 2.

11. I Section 5 (5). 4, there will be paragraph 1. 2, the words ' and the management of the periods referred to in paragraph 1 shall be deleted ; Two and three.

12. § 6 revoked.

13. I § 12, paragraph 1. 2, change ' section 5 (2). One to three : section 5, paragraph 5. 1 '.

14. I Section 13 (1). 5, the words ' shall mean that the minimum requirement for the weekly reduction in working hours may differ in the calculation of SVU for the training referred to in section 4 (4). 1, no. ONE-FOUR, "

15. I section 16 (4). 2, pasted as 3. pkt . :

" Persiento minister, cf. Section 1, may after debate with the Finance Minister, lay down rules that administration of claims for repayment is handled by the State Administration and that the Administration of the State may decide on the repayment of SVU. `

16. I Section 20 (2). 1 and 2, and Section 22 (2). 3, the following words shall be inserted after ' The Management of Vials and Educational Support " : ', the Administration ' s Administration ` ;

17. I Section 20 (2). 1, the words ' authorities, ' shall be replaced by ' authorities and ', and ' and unemployment-boxes ` shall be deleted.

18. I Section 20 (2). 2, and Section 21 (1). 4, the words ' and the unemployment rates ` shall be deleted.

19. Section 21 (1). 1, ITREAS :

" Persiento minister, cf. Section 1 may lay down rules that certain tasks under this law are carried out by the training sites. ` ;

Section 1 may lay down rules that the Minister or the Government of the Higher Educational or other State authority may require information from the training sites necessary for the supervision of the surveillance authorities. ` ;

Paragraph 6 becomes paragraph 6. 7.

23. I Section 21 (1). 6, there will be paragraph 1. 7, the words ' and unemployment boxes ` shall be deleted.

24. I Section 22 (2). 1, the words ' or the unemployment rate ` shall be deleted. `

25. I § 22 a, 1. pkt., the words ' the unemployment fund ` shall be replaced by the ' State Administration ', and ' the administration of the rebar.

Ministry of Employment

§ 2

In the law of active employment, cf. Law Order no. 990 of 12. September 2014, as amended by Section 2 of Law No 720 of 25. June 2014, section 1 of law no. 1486 of 23. December 2014, section 1 of the law. 1487 of 23. December, 2014, and section 28 of the law. 174 of 24. Feb 2015, the following changes are made :

1. I § 26 b shall be deleted ' (SVU) `.

Tax Exempties

§ 3

In the equation of the equation, cf. Law Order no. 1041 by 15. September 2014, as last amended by Section 10 of Law No 202 of 27. Feb 2015, the following changes are made :

1. Three places in Section 31 (1). 1, shall be deleted ' (SVU) `.

The Ministry of Education

§ 4

In the law on general education and general adult education, etc., in accordance with the general public. Law Order no. 880 of 8. 1 August 2011, as last amended by Section 1 of law no. 1540 of 27. December 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I § 47, paragraph. TWO, ONE. pkt., and paragraph THREE, ONE. pkt., shall be deleted ' (SVU) `.

§ 5

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. April 2015.

Paragraph 2. The law shall not apply to applications for SVU received before the entry into force of the law. In the case of such applications, the applicable rules shall apply.
