Completion on vocational training for event-coordinators

In accordance with section 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. February 2015, and, in part, in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Committee on Education and Training, in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Oculture area. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, as well as in accordance with section 3 a, section 4 (4). One and two, and section 7, paragraph 7. 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux), etc., cf. Law Order no. 961 of 1. September 2014, and, in part, after consultation with the same professional committee, shall be :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. The vocational training for the event coordinator, as a general objective, has the knowledge and skills of students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following general areas of competence :

1) Development of events in the experience area.

2) Management and coordination with regard to planning, implementation and evaluation of events.

Paragraph 2. The student must reach the training goals laid down for the specialty, cf. paragraph 3.

Paragraph 3. The training ends with the special event coordinator, Level 4 of the Danish Qualification framework for lifelong learning.

Paragraph 4. The training can be performed as a eux-flow so that the student achieves general study skills, cf. however, paragraph 1 5. The formation of the eeux flow includes all competences of competence in education. After the groundwork, the study of study shall be carried out prior to inclusion in the school education class. For a student who interrupts the course of the study, section 3 (3) shall be subject to the provisions of Article 3. ONE, TWO. PC, not application.

Paragraph 5. Elives with the high school diploma can not complete the eux-flow education.

Duration

§ 2. The training lasts three to four years, including the basic process. Paragraph 2. The main course of the training shall be two years, for pupils with an already high school graduating degree, however, only 1 year. Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

§ 3. In order to be admitted to school education in the main course, the student must fulfil the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 2-5. A student in the eux-program must have acquired the Proof of Eux 1. part, cf. § 8 (3) 4.

Paragraph 2. The student must have basic knowledge in the following areas :

1) Target groups for communication and the meaning of language standards in language and presentations, and letters and e-mails.

2) Communications channels and technology tools in relation to dissemination and desired effect.

3) Communications situations.

4) Phaser in a development project.

5) Administrative, financial, legal and security aspects of an eventual event.

6) Project management and quality assurance.

7) The various stages of the idea development process.

8) Legal and safety aspects of an eventual event.

9) Project economics, budgeting, key numbers, and principles of business operation in general.

10) Relevant sales and communication channels and the choice of channel in connection with a selected development task.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks under compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Execution of the oral presentation of a defined task by means of technological tools in relation to an established target for the dissemination and taking account of the target group.

2) Develop short texts in English and English in relation to a specific development task and the justification for language selection in relation to the content of the text, the target group of the text, and communication channel.

3) Develation and justification of alternative solution and management models for tasks based on company and customer expectations of service and quality.

4) Preparation of project plans and presentations using IT tools.

5) Use of creative methods for ideas development and explanation of the business potential of an eventout.

6) Develop budgets, various kinds of offers and other specific calculations and the visibility of the expected financial costs and revenues in a task.

7) Preparation of a simple sales and marketing plan in connection with the implementation of a development task in the eventworks.

8) Selection of tools and methods to ensure creative and visionary dissemination of a specific development task or presentation to the selected target group and the evaluation of their own manufacture by means of it.

9) Ongoing adjustment and follow-up and final projection evaluations.

10) Analysis of various problem positions and the setting up of alternative solution models.

11) Correction of budgets and plans as a result of deviations of the planned items.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) plan and perform oral and written communications independently in relation to defined work processes and designate differences in language and personal appearance in relation to communication channels, target groups, and communication situations ;

2) plan and perform all elements of a delimited development task independently of a holistic understanding, and involve relevant partners and follow up to the target in relation to the result obtained and

3) develop an idea from start to end independently and with the inclusion of others taking into account the needs and expectations of the target group and the economic framework of the event.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic courses at the following levels, with a character average of 2,0 :

1) Danish at C level.

2) English at C-level.

3) "Corporenveconomics at C-level."

4) Substance at C-level.

5) Information technology at C-level.

Competencies prior to recording the content of the study and the content of the windfall

§ 4. In order to be admitted to the study of the study, the student must, in addition to the requirements of section 3 (1), must be met. 2-5, have completed the following basic subject at the following levels :

1) Danish at C level.

2) English at C-level.

3) C-level collecrates.

4) Mathematics at C-level.

5) "Corporenveconomics at C-level."

6) Information technology at C-level.

7) C-level organization.

8) Substance at C-level.

Paragraph 2. For students who achieve the provisions of paragraph 1. 4) One of the following subjects :

a) Math at B level, cf. the announcement of the training for the higher trade sector (hhx notice), training time 125 hours.

b) Corporate economics at B level, cf. the announcement of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training time 125 hours.

5) One of the following subjects :

a) The profession right of the C level, cf. The hhx announcement, and the training period shall be 75 hours.

b) 2. foreign language at C level, cf. the high school announcements, cf. Section 13 (1). 3 in the notice of the requirements for the design of eux-flow, or proclamations of the basic professions, business professions and other professional languages in vocational training (reason-and occupational proclamations), and training time 75 hours.

c) Psychology at C level, cf. publication of an electoral subject in the fields of high school education or the proclamations of vocational training, vocational training and other vocational training in vocational education and training, with training time 75 hours.

6) Major Written Task, cf. the announcement of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training hours of 25 hours.

7) Exper-Project, cf. the announcement of special secondary schools and so on for the use of vocational training, training hours of 25 hours.

Paragraph 5. The student must choose between the following options in the course of the school offered subjects :

1) Two lifts of a level in an education period of 250 hours.

2) A boost of a level in each of two classes of training time 125 hours.

3) A level of training in a class of 125 hours and two classes at C-level, each with training time 75 hours.

Paragraph 6. The school shall ensure that the teaching of secondary secondary level as far as possible is assigned to the vocational training of the specific student body, including that the tasks, projects and so on are reasonably given the opportunity to include knowledge, concepts and content ; from the training of each student, cf. Section 4 a in the Law on Student Competence for Vocational Training (Eux) and so on.

Paragraph 7. The training period for the high school studies in the course of study courses includes the overall teacher-driven elevational activity, that is to say. the time to which the students participate in different types of teacher-driven education and in other activities organised by the school for the purposes of the profession, including professional and methodical guidance. The training period does not, however, include the pupils ' preparation for teaching, written work and official tests. The school shall be required by the organisation of classes in high school classes, where no time for training is part of the test, make sure that the time is provided for.

Paragraph 8. The extent of the written work in secondary school is being set up for student time. Student time is the expected period, an average student at the level concerned will need to complete a response to the written tasks in the profession. At least 400 hours of student time must be set aside for the individual student's written work. Student time is distributed by the school, with the appropriate involvement of the principles governing the allocation of student time, which are stated in the rules on high school education. Study of the student time can be run in the course of the background.

Main flow competencies

§ 5. The master suite has the following competence targets :

1) The student may relate theories to the organisation, implementation and evaluation of concrete working tasks from the practicament.

2) The student can contribute to creative ideas to develop experiences and events from a culture and trendunderstanding.

3) The student can use concept and business understanding.

4) The student can prepare an offer on events and can prepare and carry out the presentation of it.

5) The student can perform tasks based on an understanding of the importance of the host to the company's ability to attract and maintain customers.

6) The student may communicate orally and in writing in a language that is nuanced to the situation and the selected communication channel.

7) The student can set targets for events.

8) The student can define target groups for events and plan marketing activities for events.

9) The student can use project management tools for planning and execution of events.

10) The student may carry out booking and the conclusion of contracts and contracts in the planning of events.

11) The student can handle budgeting and budget follow-up in connection with scheduling events.

12) The student can handle transport and logistics in the planning and dismantling of events.

13) The student can determine security measures at events.

14) The student can coordinate the execution of events.

15) The student can carry out evaluation and debriefing the eventen.

Paragraph 2. The interplay between schools and trainders is described in the education system within the overall framework laid down in the announcement of vocational education and training.

Accepting and merit

§ 6. Criteria for the school evaluation of whether there is a basis for the good writing on the basis of the student experience and the former training and the provisions on merit is set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The educational process of the student is further short-cut to the extent that the pupils ' individual competences are based on it.

Paragraph 3. Publication of merit in high school education shall be subject to the necessary adaptations to merit in high-high school studies.

Trade sample

§ 7. In addition to the last period of school, the student must carry out a project in the internship for the final test period. The project will be completed within the last six months of the education of the student. The form and content of the project are chosen by a student and trainee within a framework laid down by the school and is approved by the school.

Paragraph 2. During the last period of school, the student will prepare for guidance from the school in an appropriate medium documentation of the project and prepares the presentation of the project.

Paragraph 3. As part of the final period of education in the field of education, the school in which the student has completed the two specials, a final test sample, is an oral test. The judgment base of the professional sample consists of the student's performance during the oral presentation of the documentation of the project carried out, cf. paragraph 1 and 2, as well as of the subsequent oral examination. The basis for the oral examination shall consist of the student's documentation of the project, cf. paragraph 2.

Paragraph 4. In the assessment, a comprehensive nature shall be given in the light of a holistic evaluation of the performance of the student during the test, cf. paragraph 6, however, with the main emphasis on the presentation of documentation of the project. The assessment criteria shall be determined by the school, cf. The education system.

Paragraph 5. The test has a duration of 30 minutes, including voter. The test-holding school laid down in the curriculum shall determine the duration of the presentation and examination of the student body.

Paragraph 6. In order to be able to issue a school certificate, the student must have at least been a grade average for all training-specific studies in the main and at least obtained in the final test subject, cf. paragraph 3.

Paragraph 7. At the end of the training school, the school grants education evidence to the student as evidence that the student has acquired competence in the field of training.

Assessment of the Student Competency Flow

§ 8. In all high school subjects, final standpoint percepts shall be given that the degree of achievement of the objectives of professional knowledge, insights and methodology of the relevant medical plan at the end of the profession shall be subject to final positions. A teaching description shall be drawn up for each subject in accordance with the rules for this in the Ehhx notice.

Paragraph 2. The student must, in addition to what comes from Section 7 :

1) in the course of the study, six samples are taken in the course of the study, following extracurriculating classes at the high school level

2) prepare a major written task, cf. announcement of special secondary school and so on for the use of vocational training, and

3) take an oral test, on the basis of a written examination project, cf. announcement of special secondary school and so on for the use of vocational training.

Paragraph 3. The object of paragraph 1. 2, no. 3, drawn up in a high school college, at least B level and at least one other subject from vocational training following the selection of the student.

Paragraph 4. Students shall obtain a certificate of general competence when required by the required tests to be completed at the end of the study ' s powers of study and the examination has passed, cf. Section 3 a in the Law on Student Competence for Education and Training (Eux), etc. Evidence (Proof of Eux 1. (Part)), like the eux certificate, which is issued following the implementation of the total education with eux flow, cf. section 2 and section 5 (5). 3, in the same law, the grades of the provisions referred to in paragraph 1. 2, no. 1-3, the tests and so forth and the closing standpoint characteristics of the high school level shall be indicated in all the high schools technical level.

Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 9. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 2. Alive that begins or has started the corresponding previous vocational training prior to 1. By August 2015, in accordance with transitional arrangements, set out by the school in the local training plan, shall be transferred to the training after this notice.

Criteria for euphemism
