Appendix 1 Criteria for euphemism

Publication of financial training

In accordance with section 4 (4), 2, in the law of vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 157 of 17. Feb 2015, and, in part, by the Technical Committee for the Finance sector, cf. Article 38 (3) of the law. 2, as well as in accordance with section 3 a, section 4 (4). One and two, and section 7, paragraph 7. 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux), etc., cf. Law Order no. 961 of 1. September 2014, and, in part, after consultation with the same professional committee, shall be :

Objectioning and division

§ 1. The training of financial education is, as a general objective, for students through school education and training to acquire knowledge and skills in the following major areas of competence :

1) Consulting in the financial sector, including working methods, cooperation forms, legislative provisions and ethical rules.

2) Financial products, including needs assessment and business aspects in relation to the individual customer or customer segment.

3) Sector services in relation to the regulatory institutional division between bank, mortgage credit and insurance.

Paragraph 2. The student shall reach the established training targets within one or more of the specialties of the training of the training, cf. paragraph 3, as well as obtaining general study skills, cf. paragraph 4, cf. however, paragraph 1 5.

Paragraph 3. The training ends with one of the following specialties, Level 4 of the Danish Qualification Framework for Lifelong Learning :

1) Bank and mortgage credit.

2) Life and retirement.

3) Damage insurance.

Paragraph 4. The training shall be carried out as a eux flow so that the student achieves general study skills, cf. however, paragraph 1 After the basic process, the study of study-making procedures, which will be completed prior to admission to school education, shall be carried out in the main course of the proceedings.

Paragraph 5. Paragraph 4 shall not apply to students who have already achieved high school diplomas.

Paragraph 6. The training shall be provided with a talent track in the products referred to in paragraph 1. Three said specials.

Duration

§ 2. Training is four years, including the basic process. Competencies prior to recording the content of the study and the content of the windfall

§ 3. In order to be admitted to the study, the student must satisfy the conditions laid down in paragraph 1. 2-5.

Paragraph 2. The student must have basic knowledge in the following areas :

1) Financial companies ' trade and logistics functions.

2) The importance of trade nationally and internationally.

3) Financial institutions and financial markets.

4) Capital Procurement and Capital Use of Companies and households.

5) Financial products.

6) Business understanding.

7) Customer Behavior.

8) Qualitative and ethical standards in relation to the economy and advice in financial undertakings.

9) The importance of personal appearance.

10) The role and impact of influence on the labour market and as an employee in a given company.

11) Basic work functions and conditions.

12) Internal and External Enterprise Communications.

13) Corporate-related technological tools, including IT.

14) Trade and business economic concepts and issues and their interactions.

Paragraph 3. The student must have the skills to use the following basic methods and tools for the solution of simple tasks under compliance with relevant regulations :

1) Analysis of specific financial problems and the setting up of alternative solution models.

2) Conspiracy on typical tasks related to the trade and logistics features of financial firms.

3) Solution of sales and customer service tasks by applying knowledge of customer behavior, cultural norms and values, and the importance of personal appearance.

4) Structured work on the administrative and economic tasks of financial undertakings, based on qualitative and ethical standards.

5) Methods for the development of new business areas.

6) Customizing communication language, culturally and IT-to a financial undertaking's various communication situations and channels.

7) Concrete calculations using the IT tools in relation to the consulting of private and business customer in a financial enterprise.

Paragraph 4. The student must have competence at the basic level to be able to :

1) prioritize and take responsibility for planning, execution and completion of work tasks in a financial undertaking,

2) to work independently and responsibly, and to assess its own performance and performance in relation to the objectives set out in a financial undertaking ;

3) collaborate with others and contribute to the discussion and resolution of issues and thus take joint responsibility for the professional, personal and social part of a work process ;

4) use business understanding in the resolution of specific financial tasks ;

5) describe its own role and capacity for influence on the labour market and as an employee of a financial undertaking,

6) show job readiness through demonstration of knowledge of basic working functions and conditions,

7) assess and select business-related technology tools, including IT, and apply them rationally and suitionally for task solution ; and

8) use financial technical terms and concepts.

Paragraph 5. The student must have completed the following basic subject at the following levels :

1) Danish at C level.

2) English at C-level.

3) C-level collecrates.

4) Mathematics at C-level.

5) "Corporenveconomics at C-level."

6) Information technology at C-level.

7) C-level organization.

8) C-Level Funding.

Paragraph 6. For students who achieve the provisions of paragraph 1. 9) The student must select either a level of training in a class of 125 hours or two classes at C level, each with training time 75 hours, within the classes of the school offered subject, cf. paragraph 8.

Paragraph 8. The school shall provide at least the following selections :

1) International business at B-level.

2) Level of cooperation at B-level.

3) Funding at B-level.

4) Innovation at C level.

5) Market communications at C-level.

Niner. 9. The school shall ensure that the teaching of secondary secondary level as far as possible is assigned to the vocational training of the specific student body, including that the tasks, projects and so on are reasonably given the opportunity to include knowledge, concepts and content ; from the training of each student, cf. Section 4 a in the Law on Student Competence for Vocational Training (Eux) and so on.

Paragraph 10. The training period for the high school studies in the course of study courses includes the overall teacher-driven elevational activity, that is to say. the time to which the students participate in different types of teacher-driven education and in other activities organised by the school for the purposes of the profession, including professional and methodical guidance. Training time does not, however, include the pupils ' preparation for teaching, written work and official tests. The school shall be required by the organisation of classes in high school classes, where no time for training is part of the test, make sure that the time is provided for.

Paragraph 11. The extent of the written work in secondary school is being set up for student time. Student time is the expected period, an average student at the level concerned will need to complete a response to the written tasks in the profession. At least 400 hours of student time must be set aside for the individual student's written work. Student time is distributed by the school, with the appropriate involvement of the principles governing the allocation of student time, which are stated in the rules on high school education. Study of the student time can be run in the course of the background.

Competencies prior to recording to school education in the main cycle

§ 4. In order to be admitted to school education in the main course, the student must have achieved eux 1. part, cf. § 8 (3) 4, cf. however, paragraph 1 2.

Paragraph 2. A student with already graduated high school, cf. Section 1 (1). 5 shall comply with the conditions laid down in section 3 (3). 2-4.

Paragraph 3. The Founding Spare test should not be passed so that the pupil can begin the main course.

Main flow competencies

§ 5. The master suite has the following competence targets :

1) The student can demonstrate the ability to link theory and practice.

2) The student can point out problems and opportunities in the overall financial situation of typical customers on the mass market.

3) The student can resolve the identified problems within bounded areas and show the way to exploiting opportunities through the products of the industries.

4) The student can assess information and instructions and, on the basis of this, organise and implement tasks rationally and effectively.

5) The student may communicate orally and in writing in a language that is safe and nuanced in a language that is safe and nuanced in relation to the available communication channel.

6) The student can use IT tools appropriately in the solution of the task.

7) The student may perform tasks independently and responsibly and in cooperation with others, and take joint responsibility for the company ' s administrative and financial operations.

8) The student may perform tasks in accordance with the company's service concept, internal procedures and quality requirements.

9) The student can perform work functions within financial undertakings, including, for example, consultancy, administration, coordination, and case processing.

10) The student can assess the influence of legal and socioeconomic aspects of typical advisory functions.

Paragraph 2. The interplay between schools and trainders is described in the education system within the overall framework laid down in the announcement of vocational education and training.

Accepting and merit

§ 6. Criteria for the school evaluation of whether there is a basis for the good writing on the basis of the student experience and the former training and the provisions on merit is set out in Annex 1.

Paragraph 2. The educational process of the student is further short-cut to the extent that the pupils ' individual competences are based on it.

The test and high school diploma

§ 7. At the end of the last period of school, the school shall conduct a final test subject to the organization as described in paragraph 1. 2-8.

Paragraph 2. The students are tested in the two specials through an oral test, which is based on a caseanalysis. The test shall take place when the student has completed the two specials, with the exception of the national economy and industry law in the financial sector.

Paragraph 3. The caseanalysis is prepared in the preparation of a synopsis, which is prepared within 24 hours. The test is an oral test, which is based on the synopsis produced and has a duration of 30 minutes per hour. student, including voter.

Paragraph 4. The sample is composed of two elements, a test in a written report and a test in customer advice. Paragraph 5. The student has 1 hour preparatory time for the testing in customer advisers. The oral examination in the professional test project has a duration of 30 minutes per student, including votion. The sample is passed when both of the subtests are passed.

Paragraph 6. In order to be able to receive school evidence, the student must have passed the tests held in the course of training. In addition, the student must have carried out the bound class of the social economy and industry law in the financial sector, where there are surfters in accordance with the rules of the profession.

Paragraph 7. Training certificates shall be issued by the professional committee in accordance with the announcement of vocational training, when school certificates have been issued, and final practice declaration has been issued as evidence that the student has acquired competence in the field of training.

§ 8. Paragraph 4. Entry into force and transitional provisions

§ 9. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Appendix 1

Criteria for euphemism

The recruitment experience shall be achieved through the employment of a financial undertaking, e.g. financial institution, insurance, pension, mortgage credit, or, if appropriate, the case of the financial institution. Real estate agent in the last five years.
Adults to be placed as euv 1 (only school cycles, fair test and final testing) must have had at least two years of full-time employment in a financial undertaking. It is a requirement that there is independent work of financial counselling, administration, coordination and casework. Experience has to be gained :
-Analysis of the Customer's financial situation and the instructions for typical financial products
-Legal and socioeconomic aspects of the advisory situation
-Customer-facing communications and service
-Mobilisation of the time equivalent IT tools in the financial sector
