Appearance of the entry into force of certain provisions in the law on the amendment of the law on active employment and the active social policy legislation (Job log, absence from tender, and 6 weeks of job-trained training for recipients of unemployment benefit)

Purline 3, paragraph 3. Three, in the law. 1487 of 23. December 2014 amending the Act on active employment and the active social policy (Job Log, penalty for non-offer, and 6 weeks of job-oriented training for the recipients of unemployment benefit) shall be adopted according to the authority :

§ 1. § 1, no. 2, and § 2, nr. 2-4, in the law. 1487 of 23. December 2014 amending the Act on active employment and the active social policy legislation (Job Log, AWOs at the absence of tender, and 6 weeks of job-oriented training for recipients of unemployment benefit) are being put into effect.

§ 2. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2015.
