§ 1

Notice no. 1038 of 26. The following changes are made : August 2013 on the use of substances and materials on offshore installations, etc.

2. Section 2 (2). 2, no. 1, ITREAS :

" 1) Substances and materials which meet the criteria for classification as dangerous according to the rules laid down in Regulation (EC) No 2 of the European Parliament and of the Council. 1272/2008 of 16. December 2008 on the classification, labelling and packaging of substances and mixtures (The CLP Regulation), whether the substance or material is classified according to the specified classification rules. `

4. § 15 ITREAS :

" § 15. The operations responsible undertaking shall draw up a workplace instruction manual for the substances and materials covered by Section 2 (2). 2, with the following information, where it is technically and technically possible :

1) Identification of the substance fet/material, including the name of the trade name and a possible product registration number (PR-no) assigned by the Health Safety Board. In the case of substances and materials to be labelled, the manufacturer, supplier or importer shall be indicated on the label.

3) Composition between / information on ingredients, including the substances and materials that are classiable according to the CLP Regulation, as well as information on ingredients in the form of organic solvents.

4) First aid measures.

5) Fire control, including information on fire prevention.

6) Precautions in the field of accident, including information about measures involving waste at the use of the place.

7) Handling and storage, including information on the safety requirements for storage at the offshore plant.

8) Exposure control / personal protective equipment including information concerning exposure to the substance or material and, where appropriate, the use of personal protective equipment and, where appropriate, prohibitions on the work of the general public.

9) Physico-chemical properties.

10) Stability and reactivity, including details of the characteristics of heating and fire.

11) Toxicological information (health-threatening properties), including details of any possibility. symptoms of ingestion or recording of the organism.

12) Transport information.

13) Information about regulation, including information about f. Exes. the limitations, requirements concerning specific training, special requirements for age, etc. ..

14) Other information, including the fields of application on the offshore plant.

Paragraph 2. The use of the instructions shall be updated as necessary.

Paragraph 3. The use of the instructions shall be kept available to the staff.

Paragraph 4. The employed persons involved in the material or material shall be guided by the instructions in their use and must be provided with an efficient instruction manual.

Paragraph 5. The operator responsible must ensure that the workers have access to the safety data sheet from the supplier, drawn up in accordance with the notice of specific obligations for propulsion, suppliers and importers, etc. of substances and materials ; for use in offshore facilities, etc.

Paragraph 6. The operator responsible must ensure that the workers have access to the safety data sheets produced under Article 31 of the REACH Regulation, as amended by the CLP Regulation as amended.

Paragraph 7. The operator shall obtain the safety data sheets from the supplier in the cases referred to in Article 31 (1) of the REACH Regulation. 3 and 4 for the production of its workplace instruction manual. The staff and their representatives shall be guaranteed access to any information received from the supplier under Article 33 (3) of the REACH Regulation. 1.

Paragraph 8. The participants in organised cooperation on the safety and health of the offshore plant shall be informed of relevant levels of substances and materials, cf. Section 2 (2). 2. On off-shore, where cooperation on safety and health should not be organised, the staff shall be informed accordingly. '

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. June 2015.
