Publication of the amendment to the employment requirements for employees and daily financial periods

§ 1

Notice no. 633 of 22. June 2012 on the employment requirements for wage earners and the daily financial period shall be carried out in accordance with the Employment Council the following changes :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 52, section 53, paragraph. 8, section 55 (5). 5, section 74 d, paragraph 1. 2, and Section 95 of the unemployment insurance policy, etc., cf. Law Order no. 348 of 8. April 2014, and after negotiating with the Employment Council, the following authorization shall be :

2. I § 17, paragraph 1. 1, no. 3, ' Chapter 12 ` shall be replaced by ' Chapter 10-12 ` ;

3. 1 § 17, paragraph 1. 1, is inserted after no 8 as new number :

" 9) periods in which after the fifth period. In January 2015, unemployment has been paid out during the first 14 days of sickness in accordance with paragraph 62, paragraph 1. 3, in the law on unemployment insurance and so on, with the part of the period that has been groupling with periods beyond number 2 ; 8 is in 6 weeks or less, cf. paragraph 3, ".

Number 9-19 will be the second paragraph. 10-20.

4. I Section 19 (1). 1, no. 1, is inserted after 2. Act. :

" During the period of six weeks the daily allowance shall be paid out in accordance with the fifth year. of January 2015 under the first 14 days of sickness in accordance with section 62 (2). 3, in the Act of Unemployment Insurance, etc. "

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 5. January 2015.
