Law on the amendment of the law on vocational training schools for higher education and the law of Denmark's Evaluation Institute and the lifting of the law on training for professional qualifications as a teacher

(Change as a result of new educational training)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the law on higher education training schools, cf. Law Order no. 215 of 27. February 2013, the following changes are made :

1. I § 49, paragraph. FOUR, ONE. pkt., the words ', and of section 16 of the Law No, 315 of 19. April 2006 on training for professional education as a pear.

§ 2

In the Act of Denmark's Evaluation Institute, cf. Law Order no. 1073 of 15. September 2010, as amended by Section 3 of Act 3. 1235 of 18. December 2012, the following change is made :

1. Annex 1, no. 3, revoked.

Number 4-27 will then be no. 3-26.

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. June 2014.

Paragraph 2. Law No 315 of 19. In April 2006 on education for professional training as a pear and the lifting of the profession.

Paragraph 3. The Minister for Research, Innovation and Higher Education may lay down rules for students who have started training for professional qualifications as a teacher before the first 1. June 2014, on the implementation of training.
