Publication of the execution of tasks and powers to the Natural Management Board for Water Planning Act

Purline to section 32 of Law No 1606 of 26. December 2013 on water planning shall be determined :

§ 1. The management of the law on water planning is the management of the law.

Paragraph 2. The Fish and Wildlife Board shall prepare guides, prepare and prepare general rules and individual cases to be presented to the Environment Minister, collect, work and supply information and works in the field of study and rescue activities within the framework of the operation of the Committee on the Environment, the law.

Paragraph 3. The National Management Board shall provide technical advice and other assistance and provide guidance and information activities within the law of the law of the Environment, the Minister for the Environment, other central and local authorities and private.

Paragraph 4. The FDA is responsible for EU affairs and international law in the field of the law.

§ 2. The following tasks and powers pursuant to the Law of Water Planning shall be exercised by the National Agency for the Agency :

1) Perform basic analysis for each river basin district, cf. Section 6 (2). 1.

2) Create and update registries of protected areas, cf. section 16 (4). One and two.

3) Search the reasons why environmental targets cannot be expected to be fulfilled, cf. Section 21 (1). 1.

4) Annually, the effects of circumstances covered by the Act of Title 21 (2). 2, which has led to the fact that environmental objectives cannot be expected to be fulfilled, cf. Section 21 (1). 3.

5) Submit draft rules on environmental targets for water bodies to the municipal boards and notify the municipal boards a provisional financial framework and a time limit for the preparation and submission of proposals for supplementary measures, cf. Section 22 (2). 3.

6) Expidus river basin management plan for each river basin district and involve the public in the preparation, cf. Section 26 (1). One and three.

7) Publication draft work programme, including a timetable for the provision of the river basin management plan and a statement of the consultation procedure as well as the publication of the final work programme, cf. § 27, paragraph. 2.

8) Publication base analysis, cf. § 27, paragraph. 3.

9) Publicter a preliminary summary of essential water management tasks and publish at last the list of these tasks, cf. § 27, paragraph. 4.

10) Publication draft river basin management plans and publish final plans, cf. § 27, paragraph. 5.

11) Publication draft rules on environmental objectives and publish draft amending rules for environmental objectives, cf. § 28.

12) Publication draft rules on intervention programmes and publicised draft rules for the amendment of the rules on intervention programmes, cf. § 29.

13) Work out progress report, cf. ~ 30 (5)) 1.

14) Request the municipality of information for the preparation of progress report, cf. ~ 30 (5)) 2.

15) Monitor the status of the surface water and the status of the groundwater and protected areas, cf. Section 31 (1). 1.

16) Developed monitoring and a coherent and overall surveillance net, cf. Section 31 (1). 2.

17) Decide expropriation of immovable property and perform operations on expropriation, cf. § 34.

§ 3. Decisions taken by the Natural Agency shall not be complained to the Minister for the Environment or other administrative authority.

§ 4. The Minister for the Environment may decide that a task or authority which, in accordance with the publication, is governed by the Conservation Committee, shall be exercised by the Minister.

Paragraph 2. The Minister may give the Office of the Natural Agency instructions for the exercise of the tasks and powers assigned to the Natural Agency.

§ 5. The announcement will enter into force on the 11th. February 2014.
