Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an active employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 1645 of 27. December 2013 on active employment action is being made the following changes :

1. Section 2 (2). 2, ITREAS :

" Stop. 2. A person is an activity party after § 1, nr. 3, if the person

1) it is not estimated to be able to undertake an ordinary work which makes it possible to provide for itself within three months, or

2) is entitled to the absence of pregnancy, maternity and adoption, to the extent that, in absence, in accordance with the provisions of section 6 (6) of the period of maternity leave. One and two, section 7, section 8, paragraph 8. 1-6, section 9, section 13, and section 14, paragraph 14. 1 and 2 are entitled to benefits in pregnancy, maternity and adoptions. "

2. Section 2 (2). 4, ITREAS :

" Stop. 4. A person is an activity party after § 1, nr. 13 if the person

1) be judged to have problems of professional, social and / or health-related issues, and so require additional support and assistance for a longer period of time than approximately 20% of the same, a year before the person can initiate an education and implement it in general terms, or

2) is less than 30 years and shall be entitled to the absence of pregnancy, maternity and adoption, to the extent that, in absence, in accordance with the provisions of section 6 (6) of the period of maternity leave. One and two, section 7, section 8, paragraph 8. 1-6, section 9, section 13, and section 14, paragraph 14. 1 and 2 are entitled to benefits in pregnancy, maternity and adoptions. "

§ 2

The announcement will enter into force on the 171. February 2014, and will take effect from 1. February 2014.
