Law on the rule of law on public school and various other laws

(Simplification of common objectives, quality reports and student plans and follow-up to the target of the elementary school, etc.)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the Law of the People's School, cf. Law Order no. 521 of 27. May 2013, as amended by Section 4 of Law No 622 of 12. June 2013, section 1 of law no. 1640 of 26. December 2013 and Law No 1641 of 26. December 2013, the following changes are made :

1. Everywhere in the law, the 'Law on Training and professions' Guide to : 'Law on Education and Training Guide and Dual for Education, Employment and Dev'.

2. I Section 5 (5). 2, no. 3 (b) the words ' natural /technology ` shall be replaced by ' natural / technology `.

3. Section 7 (2). 1, no. 3, ITREAS :

" 3) education and employment. `

4. I Section 7 (2). 2, in the case of ' training, business and employment orientation ` shall be replaced by : ' training and employment `.

5. Section 9 (1). 1 and 2, ITREAS :

" In addition to the training to be offered in sections 5, 7 and 7 a, the students may be offered at 7. -9. class steps teaching in the following classes and subjects as an elective :

1) German.

2) French.

3) Spanish.

4) Pictures of art.

5) Media.

6) Filming skills.

7) Drama.

8) Music.

9) Craft and design.

10) Madness.

11) Ordinary migrant language for pupils with adequate prior knowledge of the language in question.

12) Workship.

Paragraph 2. Elections are offered as a 1-year course, with the exception of crafts and design and food knowledge, which are offered as two-year-olds, as well as German and French, which are offered as three-year courses. The municipality can choose to outbid the elective subjects who are after 1. Act. be offered as a 1-or two-year course in the course of up to 3 years. `

6. I ~ 10 (1)) ONE, ONE. pkt., the words ' and of central knowledge and ferries (end-ends) of ' shall be replaced by ' in primary schools `.

7. I ~ 10 (1)) ONE, TWO. pkt., the ' objective ' shall be replaced by ' the objectives of competence ', ' (step objectives) ` shall be replaced by ' and ' the skills and knowledge objectives `, and ' other than those which may be amended to be organized over 1 or 2 years ' : ' including awareness-raising rules within selected core areas in Danish and Math. "

8. ~ 10 (1)) 2, revoked.

Paragraph 3-5 shall then be referred to in paragraph 3. 2-4.

9. ~ 10 (1)) THREE, ONE. and 2. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. TWO, ONE. and 2. rectangle, disserting, and replace the following :

" School curriculators must for elementary school and mandatory subjects, cf. § § 5-7 and § 9 (4) 1, describe the development of the content of the teaching, which shall be organised in order to reach the competence level. The reading plans shall include a description of the progress that supports the work of skill and knowledge objectives. The reading plans shall be approved by the communal management board, cf. § 40, paragraph. 3. "

10. I ~ 10 (1)) 5, there will be paragraph 1. 4, after ' task set `, the following : "examples of skills tasks and challenge objectives".

11. I § 11 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new paragraph :

" Stop. 2. The content of the training of preschool classes shall include at least the following areas of competence :

1) Language.

2) Mathematical attention.

3) Natural phenomena.

4) Creative and musse forms of expression.

5) Body and movement.

6) Engagement and Community. "

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 3.

12. I Section 11 (1). 2, there will be paragraph 1. 3, the objectives are changed to : " Purpose, skill targets, skill and knowledge goals and attention points '.

13. I Section 13 (1). TWO, ONE. pkt., change ' step and end objectives ' shall be replaced by ' the level of competence, skill and knowledge objectives and awareness-raising points `.

14. § 13 b ITREAS :

" § 13 b. As part of the ongoing evaluation, cf. Section 13 (1). Two, for each student from preschool class to and by 9. class steps are drawn up a student plan. The school plan is to go to students in kindergarten to and with 8. class steps contain individual goals and the status of the student's learning and a description of how to follow it up.

Paragraph 2. A student body must include the students in kindergarten. 1 the information referred to in relation to the competence target for this class step.

Paragraph 3. An elevate student body must be 1. -8. class steps shall contain the following paragraphs : 1 mentioned in the following class (1) class :

1) Danish on 1. -8. class steps.

2) Math of 1. -8. class steps.

3) English on 3. -8. class steps.

4) History of 4., 6. and 8. class steps.

5) Cristity conception of 3., 6. and 8. class steps.

6) Nature / technology on 4. and 6. class steps.

7) Eighth of the Intercourse on the eighth. class steps.

8) Geography of 8. class steps.

9) Biology of 8. class steps.

10) Physics / Chemistry on 8. class steps.

11) Ikilt on 2nd, 5. and 8. class steps.

12) Music on two. and 6. class steps.

13) Picture art of 5. class steps.

14) The craft and design and the skills of food on one of the classes offered by the technical skills.

15) German or French at 6. and 8. class steps.

16) Election class, cf. Section 9 (1). 1 on one of the class steps on which the pget is offered.

Paragraph 4. For every student of eight. and 9. class steps must the student plan for further clarification of training include information on the objectives of which the student has for its education after primary school or after 10. class steps, and whether it decided to follow up on these objectives.

Paragraph 5. Student plans must be digital. The plan must be made available to the parents of the pupils digital and updated at least once every school year. In addition, parents must receive a printout of the digital student plan at the request of the Commission.

Paragraph 6. The Education Minister shall lay down detailed rules for the lift plans, including the use of digital solutions. ` ;

15. I Section 19 (1). TWO, ONE. pkt., changes "school library as a pedagogical service centre" to : "educational centre for educational facilities" ; Two. Point. the ' School of School is part of the school ' s premises and ' shall be replaced by : ' the educational centre ', and in : Three. Point. the ' School library ` shall be replaced by the following : "The educational centre for educational learning."

16. I Section 19 (1). 3, the term ' school libraries ` shall be replaced by the following : " the educational bulk-faculty teacher ' s educational staff. `

17. § 19 h, paragraph ONE, TWO. pkt., revoked.

18. I § 40, paragraph. THREE, ONE. pkt., in section 10, paragraph 1 shall be amended. 3. " to : " § 10 (1) TWO. "

19. I § 40, paragraph. FIVE, ONE. pkt., in section 40 a, paragraph, 2 and 3, " to : section 40 a, paragraph. 3, ".

20. § 40 a, paragraph. 1, is hereby repealed and the following shall be inserted :

The Board of Directors shall draw up a quality report every two years. The quality report shall describe the level of the school services and the individual schools in relation to national and local objectives, the Board of Directors ' assessment of the level and follow-up of this and the follow-up to the relevant municipal management board of the previous relevant authorities ; quality reports. The city council may choose to describe the schools in groups or only to highlight certain schools in the quality report.

Paragraph 2. If the level of the school system or at a school is not satisfactory, the municipal management board shall compile an action plan with the following initiatives to improve the level of education or school. `

paragraphs 2 and 3 shall then be set out in paragraph 1. 3 and 4.

21. I § 40 a, paragraph. TWO, ONE. pkt., there will be paragraph 1. THREE, ONE. rectangle, changes "and to" to : ", below".

22. § 40 a, paragraph. 3, there will be paragraph 1. 4, repealed.

23. I § 40 a, paragraph. FOUR, ONE. pkt., the words ' and action plans and ' shall be replaced by : 'with any action plans and'.

24. I § 40 a, paragraph. 5, are deleted and action plans.

25. I Section 44 (2). ONE, ONE. pkt., in section 40 a, paragraph, Three, to : section 40 a, paragraph. TWO, "

26. I § 50, paragraph. 3, the following shall be inserted after ' receive ' means : 'training aid or' after ' in accordance with ' shall be inserted : section 23-25 i `, and after payment in the future ' is inserted : 'training aid or'.

27. I § 56 inserted after paragraph 1. 1 as new slices :

" Stop. 2. The Minister of Education may decide that the municipal board of directors must provide information which the Minister considers necessary for follow-up on public school performance and in relation to matters.

Paragraph 3. The Education Minister may provide for the notification of the local authority to report information, cf. paragraph 2, concerning the well-being of students for the Ministry by applying a specified data format and using a specific questias. The Education Minister may lay down rules on the author and on how and when the municipal management board provides information on the well-being of students. `

paragraphs 2 and 3 shall then be set out in paragraph 1. 4 and 5.

28. I § 56, paragraph. 2, there will be paragraph 1. 4, shall be amended ' paragraph 1 Paragraph 1 shall be replaced by the following : One and two, "

29. I § 56, paragraph. 3, there will be paragraph 1. The fifth paragraph is replaced by paragraph 5. One and two. " for the following : ONE-FOUR. "

30. After Section 56 is inserted in Chapter 10 :

" § 56 a. Information about the student's wellbeing, cf. § 56, paragraph. 3, shall be included in the educational environmental assessment of schools, in accordance with the law of the teaching environment of pupils and students. ` ;

31. § 57 d ITREAS :

" § 57 d. The Education Minister is overseeing the quality development of people's schools.

Paragraph 2. In the case of a continuing poor quality at a public school or in the education system, the Minister for Education may, with a view to improving the level, instruvise the municipality board to prepare an action plan, cf. § 40 a, paragraph. 2, and, where appropriate, as an element of participation in the Guide to the Ministry of Education. The Minister shall set a time limit for the preparation of the action plan. `

§ 2

In the law on training and professions, training and training, employment, etc., cf. Law Order no. 671 of 21. June 2010, as amended by section 22 of the Act 326 of 11. April 2012, Section 21 of Law. 493 of 21. May 2013, and section 42 of the law. 1605 of 26. December 2013, the following change is made :

1. I § 2 d, paragraph 1 1, the words ' student and training ' shall be replaced by the following : "student body plan," and ", paragraph. 2 ` is deleted.

§ 3

In the Law of Schools, Household schools and workschools, cf. Law Order no. 689 of 22. June 2011, as amended in particular by section 40 of the Act of Law No 2. 1605 of 26. December 2013 and at the latest at Section 2 of Law No 264 of 24. March 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 2 (2). 3, the ' end measure ' shall be replaced by ' the final objectives (Common Objective (s) ' : ' the level of competence and knowledge objectives (Common Objective) '.

§ 4

In the Law of Schools and Private Basic Schools, etc., cf. Law Order no. 166 of 25. February 2013, as amended by Section 6 of Law No 274 of 19. March, 2013, Section 5, Act 5. 1640 of 26. December 2013 and Section 1 of the Law No 264 of 24. March 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I § 1 (1) (a) 4, the "end measure respectively (Common Objective)" is replaced by : 'Competency goals and knowledge objectives (Common Objective)'.

§ 5

Law no. 1640 of 26. December 2013 on the amendment of law on primary school and various other laws (Introduction of a longer and more varied school day) is amended as follows :

1. § 1, no. 16, revoked.

2. § 1, no. 21, revoked.

§ 6

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on 1. May 2014, cf. however, paragraph 1 Two and three.

Paragraph 2. § 1, no. 2-13, 15, 16, 18-25 and 27-31, and § § 2-4 shall enter into force on 1. August, 2014.

Paragraph 3. § 1, no. 17, enter into force on 1. August 2015.

Paragraph 4. § 1, no. 2-13, sections 3 and 4 and § 5, nr. 2, has only effect from school year 2015/16 for other mandatory subjects, classes and class steps other than training and jobs, cf. Article 7 (7) of the grasslight of primary schools. 1, no. 3, as drawn up by the paragraph 1 of this law. 3, English on 1. and 2. class steps, cf. Article 5 (5) of the grasslelight. 2, no. paragraph 1 (b) as amended by section 1, no. Seven, in law no. 1640 of 26. December 2013, German or French of 5. and 6. class steps, cf. Article 5 (5) of the grasslelight. 2, no. Paragraph 1 (e) as drawn up in section 1, no. 8, in the Law No 1640 of 26. December 2013, craftsmanship and design, as well as food knowledge, cf. Article 5 (5) of the grasslelight. 2, no. 2 (d), as amended by section 1, no. No, no, no. 1640 of 26. In December 2013, German and French as an Election of 7. class steps, cf. The section 9 (9) of the elementary school. 1, no. 1 and 2, as drawn up in section 1 of this law. 5, media, cf. The section 9 (9) of the elementary school. 1, no. 5, as drawn up by the paragraph 1 of this law. 5, crafts and designs as an elective subject, cf. The section 9 (9) of the elementary school. 1, no. 9, as drawn up by the paragraph 1 of this law. 5, and food knowledge as an elective subject, cf. The section 9 (9) of the elementary school. 1, no. Ten, as drafted by this law's section 1, no. 5. In the year 2014/15, the existing rules in force apply to other classes and class steps other than those in 1. Act. I mentioned.

Paragraph 5. The section 13 of the Group of the European People's Party (Christian Democrats) and European Parliament's section 13 (b). 14, has effect from the year 2014/15, cf. Three. Act. The current rules on lift plans have been in place until the year 2014/15. Eleven-13 B, paragraph 13. 2, as drawn up by the paragraph 1 of this law. 14 have effect on student plans drawn up for students in kindergarten from school year 2015/16. The school year 2014/15 is drawing up student plans for pupils in kindergarten, starting with the current objectives for teaching the preschool classes.

Paragraph 6. The local authority shall draw up quality reports in accordance with section 1. Twenty-four, in the years 2014/15 and 2015/16, after which the municipal board shall draw up quality reports every two years.
