Annuntation of residence and work permit for trainees and volunteers

In accordance with the section 9 k (s) of the foreigners. 4, cf. Law Order no. 1021 of 19. September 2014, set for authorisation :

Chapter 1

Conditions for the granting of a residence permit

Intern

§ 1. Crew Permission granted in accordance with Article 9 (k) of the foreigners. 1 in order to be interning here in the country may be given, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and sections 2 and 3 when :

1) The enrollment is between 18 and 35 years, cf. however, section 2 (2). 2, and § 3, nr. 1.

2) The training facility in educational terms is suitable for the purpose of receiving one or more interns. An internship is suitable for receiving an intern if an internship authorization has been issued in the area of the business sector. If there is no internship authorisation for employment, the practice may be suitable for receiving an intercourse by a specific assessment. The Work Market and Recruitment management shall be carried out in the assessment of 3. Act. Amongst other things, the emphasis on the professional conduct of the internship, who is responsible for the foreigners in the course of the proceedings and information on the experience practised by the internship.

3) The internment team is in addition to training which the foreigner has started or completed, cf. however, paragraph 1 3 and section 3, nr. Two, in the home country, or in another country where the foreigner has been legally residing.

4) The internship has a professional and time context with the training which the foreigner has started or completed in the country of origin or in another country where the foreigner has been legally residing.

5) Salary and employment conditions shall be customary, in accordance with any applicable interns or interns. If the trainee is given free room and board, the remuneration can be reduced proportionately. If the internship is unpaid, cf. however, section 3, no. 4, the foreigner shall demonstrate its own resources similar to the SU tariff for absence at the time of employment. The SU rate is in 2015-Level 5.903 kr. per Month.

Paragraph 2. The Management Board and Recruitment management may be used for the assessment of the management of the Management Board in accordance with paragraph 1. 1, no. 2 and 5, obtain information from relevant professional organizations.

Paragraph 3. A residence permit may not be granted in accordance with paragraph 1. 1 to completed trained architectural interns.

§ 2. A foreigner who satisfies the conditions of section 1 and which must be an intern in the area of health, may be granted a residence permit only if :

1) A training plan has been drawn up for the foreigner.

2) The competent doctor in writing declares in writing to the Labor Market Service and Recruitment Management that it is a medical professional employment.

3) The work of the drainage shall be carried out under the supervision and responsibility of the responsible doctor, cf. The laying-down section of section 6.

Paragraph 2. There is no upper age limit for medical interns.

§ 3. A foreigner who satisfies the conditions of section 1 and which must be an intern in the agricultural, agricultural, forestry, logg or horticulture area may be granted a residence permit only if :

1) The extension is between 18 and 30 years.

2) The enrollment is in education.

3) The expression may document language skills on the basis of a passed language test in Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, English or German, which is located at the A2 level or above, cf. The Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) and which figures on the list published by the Association of Language Testers in Europe (ALTE), or in accordance with the language tests given in Annex 1.

4) The ensuament gets paid during the internship.

Volondry

§ 4. Crew Permission granted in accordance with Article 9 (k) of the foreigners. 1, in order to be a voter in this country, when :

1) The extension is between 18 and 30 years.

2) The enrollment shall carry out humanitarian or social work in this country. Voluntary service can be carried out in the fields of the environment, the arts, culture, work with children, young people or the elderly and the recreation of sport.

3) A contract has been drawn up with a description of the duties and working hours of the foreigners. The contract must be concluded between the drying place and the foreigner and cover the whole of the foreigners here in the country.

4) The extension must take part in full-time activities.

5) The Exhaust has shown that the funds are equivalent to the SU-tariff for non-residents at the time when the foreigner starts the voluntary service. The SU rate is in 2015-Level 5.903 kr. per Month. If the foreigner has paid diets and lodging of the Voluntary site condition is considered to be 1. Act. for fulfilled.

6) The Voluntary place has drawn a sick-and liability insurance for the foreigner.

Chapter 2

Granting of a work permit

§ 5. Work permits shall be granted to foreigners with residence permits in accordance with paragraph 9 (c) of the foreigners. 1, for the purposes of traineeships or residence as a Volontor. The work permit shall be valid for the same period as the holder ' s residence permit, unless otherwise stated in the authorization.

Paragraph 2. Work permits in accordance with paragraph 1 1 is given to employment in a given working relationship. The Work market and Recruitment management may change the work permit for employment in a different working relationship.

Paragraph 3. An application may also be granted on an application to a foreigner with outside the country when the foreigner would meet the conditions of residence permit for the purposes of trainees in Denmark, cf. A foreigner's section 9 k, paragraph 1. 1.

§ 6. A work permit in accordance with section 5 may be withdrawn where the basis for the application or authorisation was incorrectly or is not present.

§ 7. Application for work permits or the extension of the work permit after Section 5 shall be submitted to the Labor Market and Recruitment Management. If the applicant is domiciled or stays outside Copenhagen and Copenhagen, the applicant ' s office may also be submitted to the Labour Market Management and Recruitment Management in the place where the applicant resides or residing.

Chapter 3

Duration of the residence permit and extension thereof

§ 8. Time restricted residence permit in accordance with section 1 (1). 1, for foreigners for the purposes of residence as a trainee, the length of the internship shall be granted for a maximum period of 18 months, in accordance with. however, paragraph 1 2. Permit Authorization after 1. Act. may not be extended beyond 18 months.

Paragraph 2. Time restricted residence permit in accordance with section 1 (1). 1, to foreigners who are interning for agricultural, agricultural, veterinary, forestry and horticulture, shall be granted for the length of the internship, however, for a maximum of 1 years. However, if the foreigner supplements the interning team with a stay of between 6 and 8 months in a Danish agricultural school or technical school, the residence permit may be granted up to 18 months.

Paragraph 3. The foreigner shall extend the renewal of a residence permit granted under paragraph 1. 1 for a period of less than 18 months of the same employer and is the foreigner under the same conditions as the basis for the original residence permit, the foreigner must continue as an intern, while the application for extension is granted ; be treated.

§ 9. The long-term residence permit in accordance with section 4 to foreigners for the purposes of residence as a volondry shall be granted for the length of the Voluntary Contract, however, not exceeding 18 months.

Chapter 4

Entry into force-determination

§ 10. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. January 2015.

Paragraph 2. The announcement shall apply to foreigners who apply for the first time the application for a residence permit after the date of entry into force of the notice.
