Law of the Change of Equation Act and the amendment of the Act on child benefit and advance payments of child support and the law on a child and ungeable benefit

(Exhibit the ceiling on trade union offices and the calculation of benefits in 2012 by place of residence or employment in Greenland and the Faroe Islands)

We, by God's grace, the Queen of the Danes, do our thing.

The parliament has adopted the following law, and we know that the following law has been approved by Parliament's consent :

§ 1

In the equation of the equation, cf. Law Order no. 1041 by 15. September 2014, as last amended by Section 3 of Act 3. 1376 of 16. December 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I Section 13 (1). ONE, TWO. pkt., "3,000 kroner." to : "6,000 kroner."

§ 2

Law no. 1398 of 23. December 2012 on the amendment of the Act on child grants and the retainer payment of child support and the law of a child support and ungeable benefit (in particular, child support for self-selected enetraders and adaptation of the right to child and ungeable benefit and child benefits) shall be amended as follows :

1. I § 3 pasted as paragraph 3 :

" Stop. 3. § 1, no. 4, and § 2, nr. 1 and 3 have effect from 1 and 3. "January 2012."

§ 3

Paragraph 1. The law shall enter into force on the day following the announcement in the law.

Paragraph 2. Section 1 has effect from the year 2015 of the income year.

Paragraph 3. In the case of the establishment of a municipality's final tax and church tax for the income of the year 2015, after Section 16 of the State income tax, the final tax shall be corrected for the calculated effect of the changes to the print bases for the municipality tax and the pedestal of the church ; 2015, a result of the section 13 of the body of the same. ONE, TWO. pkt., as amended by the section 1 of this law. 1.

Paragraph 4. The computed correction of the municipality's final tax and the church tax provided for in paragraph 1. 3 shall be determined by the Economic and Interior Minister, on the basis of the information relating to the income year 2015 available on each basis. 1. May 2017.
