Publication of the amendment of the notice on the provision of higher education for students in higher education

(Concreditation rebate to students at higher education, justifying training aid, and repealing rules on the time limits for the administration of the educational establishments),

§ 1

Notice no. 831 of 5. July 2011, on the transport rebate to higher education students, the following changes are made :

1. All in the notice, the Danish Board of Education shall be replaced by the following : 'The governance of the Higher Education Agency'.

2. Inline ITREAS :

" In accordance with section 1, paragraph, Paragraph 2, section 2. 2, section 3, section 2, section 4 (4). 6 and 7, section 4 (a), 4, and section 5 of the law on the transport rebate to students at higher education, cf. Law Order no. 1189 of 10. October 2013, as amended by law no. 749 of 25. June 2014, and after negotiation with the transport operator,

3 I Section 6 (2). 1, in two places "Education management ` shall be replaced by the words " of the Higher Educational Educational".

4. ~ 10 (1)) 1, revoked.

Paragraph 2 is then referred to in paragraph 2. 1.

5. ~ 10 (1)) 3, there will be paragraph 1. Two, revoked.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2014.
