Publication of the amendment of the announcement of an active employment service

§ 1

Notice no. 1645 of 27. December 2013 on active employment, as last amended by announcement No 1. 783 of 26. June 2014, the following changes are made :

1. I § 1, no. 11, the following shall be inserted after ' social policy ` ` : ` : ` other than those covered by no. 14, ".

2. I § 1, no. 12, " training sparate, cf. § 2, and "to :" training sparate, cf. § 2, "

3. I § 1, no. 13, is replaced " activity sparate, cf. § 2. " to : " activities sparate, cf. § 2, and ".

4. I § 1 pasted as no. 14 :

" 14) persons who, within the framework of a job interview process, in accordance with Chapter 12 (b) of the active employment service, receive resource flow acidification in accordance with Chapter 6 b in the Act on active social policy. `

5. I ~ 30 (5)) 1, § 35, paragraph. 2, § 46, paragraph. 1, § 68, paragraph. 1 and 5, ~ 69, paragraph. 6, Section 70 (3). 1, § 73, paragraph 1. 1, § 82, paragraph. 1, and two places in Section 106 (4). 2, is "11-13" to : "11-14".

6. in section 31 (1). 1, no. 5, change ' § 1, nr. 1-4 and 11 ' to : ' § 1, no. 1-4, 11 and 14.

7. I ~ 69, paragraph. 6, in the words ' section 23-25, 34 and 68 in the Act of Active Social Policy ' shall be replaced by ' § 23 -25, 34, 68 and 69 j in the Act of Active Social Policy `.

8. I § 82, paragraph. 1, change ' § 1, nr. 4, 6, 8 and 11 "to :" § 1, nr. 4, 6, 8, 11, and 14.

9. § 108, paragraph. 1, change ' § 1, nr. One-five, seven and nine-13 "to :" One-five, seven and nine-14.

§ 2

The announcement shall enter into force on 1. July, 2014.
