Annominations concerning the amendment of the notice of the training of the professional community in the field of enterprise, managing and IT

§ 1

Notice no. 372 of 15. April 2013 on the training of the occupational, enterprise, governance and IT training, as amended by announcement No 2 ; 454 of 8. In May 2014, the following changes are made :

1. Inline ITREAS :

" Purline of section 4, paragraph. 1 and 2, and section 38 (3). 1 and 2, in the law on vocational training, cf. Law Order no. 439 of 29. April 2013, as amended by law no. 634 of 16. June 2014, and in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Committee, and section 4 (4). One and two, and section 7, paragraph 7. 3, in the field of study qualifications in the case of vocational training (eux), etc., cf. Law Order no. 961 of 1. September 2014, set : "

2. § 4 revoked.

3. § 5 revoked.

4. Point 3 i Annex 1-10 revoked.

5. Pkt. 7.3. i Annex 1-4 and 9 revoked.

§ 2

Paragraph 1. The announcement shall enter into force on 1. October 2014.

Paragraph 2. The current rules in force shall continue to apply to students commencing the basic course of education before 1. August 2015, cf. however, paragraph 1 3.

Paragraph 3. The school sets out in the local curriculars, any transitional arrangements for students who have started training according to the rules in force and who wish to go into training according to the rules laid down in the notice. 1015 by 23. September 2014 on the admission to school education in the main course of vocational training and eux-events in certain vocational training.
